10/10 experience for start to finish!
We used Thoughts and Crosses for our wedding decor in November 25.
We hired the chiavari chairs with drapes, table runners, aisle runner, charger plates and the most loved by our guests, the audio guest book and glam photo booth!
Communication was good and nothing was to much trouble. Emma and Jamie are both so professional and super talented at what they do! We would recommend them 100 times over!

Amazing service. So many compliments on the decor on the night of my daughters 18th party. Emma and Jamie came in to the venue at arranged time as planned, set up no problem, were friendly and the whole process of booking/paying for the hired items was straightforward and easy. Will 100% use their service again. Highly recommend to anyone else looking to plan an event -Thanks Emma and Jamie

We booked a moongate for our wedding and both Emma & Jamie were such a delight to work with. The booking was very easy and they both took care of everything during the whole process which made the process very stress free.

Anytime we bumped into T&C at events they were also so welcoming and happy to chat through any queries!

The quality of the moongate was amazing and we had so so many compliments during our wedding and after.

The flower decorations provided looked fabulous on the day. They did not look cheap as other artificial flowers can look. The setting up service was also done perfectly with no stress to either ourselves or the hotel.

Pulled our vision together and made the process so easy and stress free with their friendly approach and provided great advice / knowledge of the venue with how our decoration would work and installed on the day (Aisle runner, Wall Drapes, LED light, Signage, chairs and table decor, to name some). In the build up to the wedding, they were super helpful keeping in touch via WhatsApp and on the day provided a top class service. Their products are beautiful and such high quality. Our guests raved about the Delilah floral pillars and little details like the wooden place names. I could not recommend them highly enough!

Excellent company! We rented the white audio telephone box for our wedding from Thoughts and Crosses. The telephone box was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We booked it with ease, the payment process was simple and quick. Excellent communication with Emma and Jamie via WhatsApp, they are a genuinely lovely couple. We got our audios two weeks after and it’s such a lovely keep sake. Would highly recommend Thoughts and Crosses!

Emma & Jamie are the best in the business! Our ceremony & wedding breakfast looked extra classy and special due to their hard work and dedication.

Contacted Emma last minute and she went above and beyond to help me out. She was super friendly and made everything so quick and easy! They communicated well which is exactly what you need in a stressful situation! I would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

We hired a sequin back drop & sign for our engagement party. They were really easy to work with and collected without us needing to be present!

The product itself was of a great standard. We would definitely consider hiring again.

Thoughts & Crosses are amazing! All their hire equipment is of top quality and has clearly been looked after. They have also made us multiple personalised signs which have gone above & beyond expectations each time. They are a dream team!

Thoughts and Crosses provided some decor for our mostly DIY decor wedding. We got an aisle runner, a welcome sign and a sequin wall with LED sign which was all great and installed without me having to worry about a thing! We also ordered personalised bunny drink charms as favours which was on theme for us and although I loved them they unfortunately couldn't be used for purpose as they didn't fit on the glasses which was a shame. The slit was too wide and they would fall off. Other thank that it was all great.
