Sorry about this, and sorry it took so long to reach you. Your emails about the Evri damage landed in our spam folder rather than our inbox, which is on us, not you. By the time we found them, your refund had already gone through via Klarna, so that side's sorted.
We're tightening up how that inbox gets checked so it doesn't happen again. If anything's still outstanding, drop us a line and we'll sort it directly.
