I think the fee is to much because the setup is a digital graphic was sent to already so the setup is only selecting the colors.

Someone had to input the order in to a computer the same way we always do but that input time supposedly costs us more than the product and any future business that may come. Why on earth would you ask for a review on a fee that I only paid because I absolutely had to?

The fee is a bit steep.
Seems a bit steep.
Small order processing fee seems a little excessive but I don’t run an embroidery business so I don’t know the cost I think bringing the min order to 150 would be better for people who are not buying for a business and just them selves or friends
Good quality material and excellent embroidery. They double checked placement and size with a proof beforehand, and my order arrived in a timely manner
