Would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a backpack in DECEMBER 2024 and it never arrived. April 2025 she said she would remake it as it had “gotten lost”. October rolls around after messaging multiple times and said a refund “should have been processed in June”. I never got a refund, she said she emailed Shopify (22nd October 2025, 10 months after my purchase) and she would let me know when they got back to her. It is now almost April 2026. An absolute SCAM, do not waste your money on this “business”.

What a scam. So so disappointed. I bought quite a few jumpers from them before. It took 3 months to come but at least they came and were gorgeous..

I bought 2 jumpers in their closing down sale in March. I still haven't received anything, and have tried to get in touch but have had no response. Further to this, I have then tried to speak to my bank. As soon as they reached out to the her, she cancelled my order but hasn't issued a refund..

Following this my bank tried to get in touch again, and she has disputed this. HOW IS SHE DISPUTING THAT SHE HAS MY MONEY AND NOT RESPONDED TO ME OR GIVEN ME WHAT I BOUGHT.

AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES.

I understand the pressures of small businesses but this is an absolute joke and a con to get money from people because something went wrong in your business running.

They held a closing down sale that they advertised on their website and Instagram. I bought a hoody for my partner that I couldn’t really afford. Regardless of them “closing” the product should still of been received!! But it wasn’t! I’d love to know if other people even got theirs or was it a whole scam as they closed?! I tried emailing, I messaged them on Instagram. They kept posting the same story on Instagram something like sending the last of the orders out this weekend, and replying to all messages this weekend. I never got a response or the hoody I paid for. Absolute scam, sooo disappointing!!! I’ve told my bank now.

Sadly, I can’t recommend this company. Slow delivery (but before Xmas, so perhaps understandable), delivery of incorrect items (2 x pet embroidered jumpers - one cat was the wrong colour and one jumper was the wrong size). Was reassured that delivery of the correct items would be completed in the new year. Still waiting a month later. Intermittent responses from company. Unclear what is going on and whether I will ever receive these jumpers!?

I placed my order on the 11th October and it took a lot longer than expected. I finally recieved it on the 28th November. I have since placed two more orders as she has said it will arrive before christmas so I am hopeful they will stick to this as it is a christmas present. In terms of their communication, they respond really quickly via tiktok and kept me informed on that platform. I never recieved a dispatch email however, the items are unbelievable and have captured my late dog perfectly. I am so impressed by this as she was a black dog and the items were black

Ordered around June time, three week turn around time came heard nothing. Emailed in September got no response. Frustrating as the owner is active on social media. Eventually contacted my back as I’ve never received my order.

Just received my order from Beth - tote bag with my daughter’s late cat on it. Product was despatched within the timeframe given, but there was a bit of Post Office drama which delayed delivery. Beth stayed in communication throughout, and got answers for me. The bag quality is good. The embroidered likeness of Princess the cat is outstanding. If you want to buy for a special occasion, I would order a long time in advance to be sure. Just bear in mind she is a small business and there are only 24 hours in a day! Overall thoroughly positive experience and will be back!

Really happy with my product. I have black dogs so appreciate it’s harder to show all the detail. I’ve knocked a star off as I think some weekly or more frequent updates would be good eg. A message when you start the design (good to email an idea what it will look like maybe?), an email when you start making it etc.

Item ordered Aug 21st and arrived Sep 18th.

My order took nearly 8 weeks not the 5 stated
Quality of base product eg t-shirt good
Looks just like my pet- send a good picture and if eg black pet make sure light is right so eyes show up
Expect longer to delivery and you will not be disappointed

Do not get scammed like i did. I found the company on TikTok and promptly ordered a dog scarf which was to come within 3 weeks. 5 weeks later and there’s no sign of my item being dispatched and the so called tracking number doesn’t let me track the item, I can’t believe I actually fell for it. I’m now going to go via my bank for a charge back as I am not prepared to let this go. Please, do not waste your money on this absolute joke of a business

The orders took longer than it said, but since it is a small business I can understand that so not really a problem with that.
Messaged a few times to know where the orders where after trying 5 times I finally got an answer.

When my orders came I was disappointed in how they looked. 2 of the 4 dogs look like they don’t have eyes. The colours of one dog doesn’t resemble them and ist hard to make out if its the same dog on the photo.
Only one of the 4 dogs looks okay.

Contacted her after a few tries i got in contact with her and we came to an agreement bus sadly she didn’t do anything she said se would.

Is spent alot of money on them and payed alot of tax just to get them. But wouldn’t recommend.

Well.what can I say, I've had a number of different things off this company and loved all of them, nothing too much trouble for Beth, yes maybe the delivery times are not what they say, or she doesn't reply to emails etc, which i have had the experience of this, but she is a small.company trying her best, and at the end of the day the product is worth waiting for.
Some people been saying it doesn't look like there dog etc, well I've had 3 rains jackets,2 tshirts, bag, fleece jacket and a padded jacket, and I can honesty say even items I've had as looked like my dogs picture I've had 3 different dogs put on and each time different pictures and all the time they have looked like my dogs.

Ordered in April 2 months in advance for the middle of June, (delivery claims only 3 weeks). Once a month had already past I texted the instagram and emailed multiple times for updates most of the time I was ignored. They claimed my parcel was lost but the tracking I had said it was never even shipped. They then promised it in 2 days and it was still even later somehow. Just received it now near the end of July and to be honest it looks pathetic. Pets faces are barely defined. May have to colour in their features with my own thread. Waited 3 months and spent £60 for a subpar product really couldn’t recommend them less to be honest. Bad delivery and customer service for an even worse product.

Ordered two items from this store. One was guaranteed to arrive for Christmas, and after chasing multiple times it arrived at the end of January. The second item also took months to arrive and required lots of chasing again, much of which went unanswered. Both items were of poor quality and the Christmas one looked like it hadn’t even been finished as there were colours clearly missing. Neither looked like the quality embroidery showed on the online shop or Instagram page. This shop is a scam.

Ordered in March,
Asked for update 20th April- no response
Asked for update 7th May - said was shipped week before and will re send dispatch confirmation(I never received this)

18th May said I had still not received confirmation

29th May asked for refund, had a response to ask for card details 5th June which I gave

It’s now July and I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

Awful.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! You will not receive your order.

Ordered on the 1st April 2024, emailed on the 8th May asking what was happening told it'll be sent out that week , it's now 7th June and still no order, this was a birthday present so currently I have a friend with no gift,maybe for her next birthday!
Really poor communication. Really didn't want to write a bad review but I've had nothing from them.

Isn’t even worth 1 star, it’s a complete scam!

I ordered 10/04 and after a few weeks I hadn’t heard anything so I chased it up on 07/05. Bethany told me she would be getting my order out that week, absolute lies.

1 month later and still no order or update, I have emailed again asking for a refund but had no reply. I have chased this with my bank to claim a refund.

If worst comes to worst and I do not get a response I will be turning up to the business address to claim my money back as I do not live far from Barnsley.

Absolutely love the hoodie I ordered for my girlfriend. It took around 4 weeks to arrive so longer than expected but I didn’t mind especially now after receiving my order.

My daughter ordered a hoodie from this company 2 Jan 2024 with her birthday money. Supposed to have been sent out initially on 7 Feb and it never arrived. Chased this up on 19 Feb, got a response on 26 Feb saying it had been lost and she'd send it the next morning (despite it supposedly taking 3 weeks to make). Chased again on 3 March and14 April and emails were ignored. Chased again on 15 May via email and Instagram. Got an apology saying she'd forgotten and would send it out the next day with a 25% refund of costs as an apology. Still waiting.

Total scam artist. Avoid at all costs.
