As an unpaid for listing, a consumer can look at the selected trades and be confident the recommendations are unbiased by the huge fees normally associated with such sites. Other sites promote the large national companies who pay them the most and genuine local trades are hard to find. This is good for the independent tradesperson to get seen while simultaneously being a genuine consumer benefit.
