Refused to upload my review about hannells estate agent and their excuse is it was about the Mickleover branch.
I understand all the good reviews are about a specific branch aswell as Hannells operates via it branches.
I can only assume they do not want to upload a bad review about the agents.

THIS COMPANY BREAKS PRIVACY LAW'S! After leaving a negative review due to their useless algorithm recommending 'worst three rated', they contacted me for information about the tradesmen. In an offer to help their website and customers, I replied. THEY THEN CONTACTED THE COMPANIES AND TOLD THEM WHO I WAS!

I reviewed YOUR company only! I could have been anyone, anywhere, referring to any company in the world in your review... When you contacted the tradesman in 'my town' and confronted them, they looked at my review and then knew it was me! You may have not told them my name, but it wasn't rocket science to work it out! Can you add 2+2 you dumb sh!ts!!! You have taken something that was anonymous and escalated it! I have now got an appointment with a lawyer. You 'BRAIN DEAD' SCHMUCKS!

Like I mentioned in an earlier reply, We always try to ensure that we list the best businesses to all our customers in any given category.
We take extreme caution when handling unhappy clients and their reviews, and we do not disclose their name. We talk to the tradesmen about the review from unanimous, also we get permission from the clients to disclose their name if they want to.
We may not remove the listing right away, but we continuously keep an eye for future violations and lousy servicing. We regularly update our ranking website after reviewing complaints, reviews and our strict 50 point inspection every time, to make sure we list the best local businesses.
