Vintage gold mine. Classic clothes at a great price.

I purchased a jacket from thrifted which arrived on time. The jacket had a bad odor and also the zip was so sticky it would take you forever to actually close the zip, I gave up halfway due to realising i had to return this. I paid £7 for express delivery and then i had to pay a further £3 to return the item. This item should never be sold in the first place, so im basically £10 out of pocket because they sold me a jacket that nobody in their right mind would buy if they saw it in person so i don't know why they even sent it to me in the first place form their end.

I ordered 2 items this monday, and i paid for the shipping that said it'll take 3 days to arrive to my location. since it's the 5th day today i tried to get in contact with thrifted.com... and i got told to wait another week, and if it doesnt get here by then, they'll only help me then. my parcel is stuck at HWDC, and according to their reviews, they're known to keep packages for months before actually sending them. at that point i asked for either a refund or a help from their side, since I paid for 3 days delivery... and its the 5th day now... i think they should already look into it now, and not in a week.

Good material, good price

I’ve ordered something a month ago to my address in Germany. The carrier has said that they attempted delivery - I was home both days, no ring at the door. No card left either. I then contacted thrifted as the carrier wouldn’t provide I information to the buyer. Customer service was unhelpful and referred me back to the carrier. Now I’m thinking I’ve been scammed. There’s no track record of where my parcel is and my money is gone.

I received a jacket which I ordered for my daughters birthday and was shocked when I opened ot. The first thing that hit me was the dirty disgusting smell that came from it.
Secondly, not all of the marks on this jacket were pointed out on the website when purchasing this, it looks like it has had bleach poured over one of the sleeves.
This jacket isnt good enough to be sold in a charity shop let alone for £130.

I decided to order from this place due to the cool prices also due to the fact that I live in the US, I had to pay 40 dollars extra (which was no problem, i understand 2 different sides of the world) but I got an email within the 2-3 days it was supposed to arrive that my purchase was automatically marked as "fraudulent" when i TYPED everything according to what they asked for purchase, and address wise. This is my first time I ever really ordered from another clothing website besides the common used ones like shein and temu. And I feel like im being cheated out my money and would prefer to get a refund if my order does not arrive.

I bought an Ed Hardy item from Thrifted.com.. I have removed my negative post as the company we're very professional and quick in revolving my issue .

Clothes are not described accurately on the website. Full damage / condition is not listed and the sizes are way off far too small. Not listed as petite.
The top I received was yellow under the arms this was not listed.
The worst thing is you have to pay £3.50 for a return when it is their fault you are having to send it back. Very poor service do not buy from here.

absolutely awesome!!! i ordered there for the first time ever and i‘m beyond happy with my order. everything came exactly as described, sizes are true and there was no single issue with the shipping process. they sent it super fast and it just took 11 days (including customs which took 4 days) to switzerland. i can‘t wait to order again - thank you!!!

Always get complimented on my Thrifted purchases! The clothes are very affordable and they have basically every popular brand you could think - just a whole lot cheaper! I had a slight issue with one of the items that I bought, but it was swiftly resolved by Scar. Will definitely keep shopping here and now I've got some seriously fresh clothes to wear!

gave me completely the wrong sizes then i ordered, so either they cannot package the correct items or they’re lying about sizes on their website, terrible don’t buy

Shopped for the first time on thrifted. That's first and last. Not much in the description for the items. They have arrived ripped, stained, bleach marks. These clothes are fit for the bin. Save your money.

Awesome quality. The only problem was a very light stain around the neck area which is barely visible.

Brilliant customer service. Due to the sculpted, slimfit shape of a shirt purchased the chest was not in line with the armpits so didn't fit. Full refund issued.

Really great seller. My item arrived promptly and when it turned up the condition was even better than pictured. The price was also extremely reasonable so i can 100% see myself buying from these guys again!!

Bought 2 t-shirts from this company the t-shirts were the exact same design just different sizes the bigger size was excellent condition but the smaller size was very clearly worn and not washed it had Deodorant stains under the arms, I expected my items to be checked and washed before sending out but very disappointed to see the white stains , as mentioned above the t-shirts were the same design but the smaller size was listed as "vintage" I now assume the company wrote that in the title to get away with not cleaning it as the bigger size wasn't listed as that and both t-shirts aren't vintage or vintage style so no reason to be listed as vintage on one, first time buying and I'm not impressed
