After carefully reviewing your request, we regret to inform you that a refund cannot be processed for this booking, as per the supplier’s policy. Once the booking has been confirmed, the tickets become non-refundable. Additionally, please note that these are open-dated tickets, which remain valid for up to 9 months from the date of purchase, allowing flexibility for use on a later date within the validity period.

We sincerely empathize with the inconvenience caused, particularly as redemption was not possible today and you will be traveling tomorrow. Unfortunately, we are strictly required to adhere to the supplier’s terms and are unable to make exceptions in this case.

Thank you for your message. We sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced during your visit and understand how disappointing this must have been.

As confirmed by the relevant team, the tickets purchased are open-dated, valid for 9 months from the date of purchase, and require prior redemption and date/time reservation through the app before visiting the venue. Once redeemed, the booking becomes strictly non-refundable and non-amendable, in line with the terms clearly stated on the product page.

Unfortunately, due to these conditions, we are unable to process a refund or reimburse any additional expenses incurred. We truly regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
