Not just the level of detailed results, the number of tests available, the speed of service but it’s the detailed gp report and analysis I find so helpful… even my own GP was impressed! I use Thriva to monitor my own personal health far more than I can through the NHS now. The details, recommendations and highlighting areas I need to focus on have been invaluable.

I am a first time customer of Thriva and i am so happy i took the leap and ordered my first kit! The whole process from ordering to receiving my results has been so easy, stress free and somewhat exciting. I am very difficult to bleed due to vein issues, so having blood tests is always a long and traumatic experience that usually results in me being sick or passing out. However, Thriva’s autodraw device has put an end to me ever having a traumatic blood test again, i followed the instructions and it took less than 3 minutes for both test bottles to be filled, no pain felt at all! I can now have regular tests to monitor my health, without any traumatic blood test experiences.

Thriva kept me updated at each stage of the process, from the kit being posted, to the samples being processed in the lab. The results report was thorough, easy to understand, helpful, it provided great advice on lifestyle changes to improve health and future results.

The app is easy to use and to monitor your results. It’s quick and easy to obtain and send the blood test, plenty of instuctions about what can affect your tests and when to stop the supplement (should have read these first!) and a comprehensive medical report explaining the results that allow you to be proactive in your health journey. Really quick turnaround once test is posted. Super impressed.

Was tough for me getting the sample but the results were quick and insightful! will be getting some more.

New auto collect blood equipment is fantastic, easy to use and comes with full instructions that are easy to follow. communication is spot on, i was advised when they had received my blood samples, and again with the results. The Thriva app is so easy to follow, design your own goals and blood tests to suit you.
Blood test results are explained if in high or low ranges and advise if you should contact you GP for further investigations.
this is a great service to track your health when you are unable to see a doctor for blood test requests.

The autodraw doesn’t work at all, the first time it failed so they sent a second kit which also failed to draw anywhere near enough blood. I followed all the instructions and suggestions from support. Extremely frustrating I will be going elsewhere in future

They also subscribed me to a recurring subscription despite me never asking for this. I wouldn't have even known I was subscribed if I hadn't read other trustpilot reviews. Very dissapointing.

Affordable and guide to a healthy leaving

From ordering to receiving your test, to the very quick detailed results, Thriva really are excellent. I would highly recommend especially as it's so hard to see a doctor or nurse for any blood work these days. The chart on your results shows your previous levels from years before that you did with Thriva. Its all very easy to see on your app, and I love the fact I can bring up my previous results and can see how my lifestyle changes reflect on my results

Great idea and whilst it useful to see the results, the follow up around how to change them is a little lacking and high price point.

Easy to use, quick results and lots of information to be able to make lifestyle changes to feeling better optimum again in my health!

I posted my blood sample at 14.30 in the afternoon and received my results back the next evening very efficient

Tried two vacuum and 1 finger prick blood test but they did not work for me.
Very disappointing product not recommended simply because of the blood taking equipment being poor quality.

It's like getting blood out of a stone (if I'm the stone). A great device and it does do what it says on the tin, but I needed to ask for a second device as it wasn't very effective on filling up in one go (despite following the instructions).
