Immediate, awesome services.
They were able to see me within a week of contacting them. Im currently on BHRT, but was having difficulty with my previous clinic regarding timely deliveries. The Dr. was able to maintain my current prescription immediately, and we can follow up with labs.
They are also 1/2 as expensive as my previous provider.

Perimenopause Rollercoaster Response Team
I’ve been with Thrivelabs for a year now, and I truly can’t say enough great things about Dr. Bimisa Augustin, APRN, and Hazel, my care coordinator. Without them, I’d feel completely lost navigating perimenopause.
Hazel is incredibly responsive and always quick to help with any general questions. Dr. Augustin genuinely cares and really listens when issues come up, which makes all the difference. Perimenopause can feel like a giant roller coaster that sometimes struggles to stay on the tracks, but I trust my care team to give me the tools and support I need to feel better.

Excellent customer service
Meet with my provider Lacey and she was more than helpful answering all my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed or stressed. When we discussed everything I wanted to cover we came up with a plan and she asked if I had any other concerns before we finished my appointment.

I was so happy until they hit me with the fees
Easy to get an appointment and providers are very personable. However, inflated prices on prescriptions and penalties (fees) for using your own pharmacy are not upfront and transparent.
