Great benefits portal
Thrivepass is a great benefits portol for any employee. It offers wide variety of marketplace products. Not interested in those products, there is even bigger category of products and services which can be reimbursed with utmost ease.
Receiving mysterious invoices
Receiving mysterious invoices. Cant log in to query. No support. Useless. Utter crap
Easily and simple
Easily and simple. I got a clear response to my initial inquiry, purchased the equipment, and got reimbursed faster than expected.

ThrivePass so easy to use!
Loved how intuitive the ThrivePass upload process is. A wonderful employee benefit and a great partner.
Great work incentive!
I was invited to participate in a Wellness program through my employer. The program provides reimbursements for health and wellness incentives, which helps encourage healthier habits. I appreciate that my employer wants employees to be healthier and accountable. I recently had knee surgery and bought a small exercise bike for home as part of my PT and this incentive helped motivate me!
Quick Manual Reimbursement
It was incredibly easy to upload my receipt for reimbursement. The site provides clear and concise instructions, making the process simple and the turnaround super quick.

Declined legitimate transactions
Worst HSA program I have participated in. If you have input to your HR on benefits, do not use these guys. They want to hold your money, earn the interest and make you fight to be able to use your benefit. I have submitted two transactions at the point of service, both were declined. One for not being a correct merchant code (the merchant code was for beauty and spa at my Nurse Practioner for GLP treatments that have resulted in a Total Cholesterol decrease of 37 points). Their suggestion, submit manually and it will be paid. The other was for eye glasses- it was declined because the dollar value was too high. There suggestion- break up the transaction into smaller amounts and try again. Too late, I already left by drs office

user friendly and very effective
I received prompt feedback on information I was missing in order to process a request so I was able to re-submit right away with the pertinent information.
Additionally, he reimbursement was surprisingly fast so the whole process is user friendly and very effective.
If only it was possible to give ZERO…
If only it was possible to give ZERO stars… Thrivepass has mismanaged my COBRA coverage so badly with absolutely no apology for my son’s discomfort. It’s been almost 3 months, still no coverage yet they ask for more payments. Bobbie Paxton offers horrendous client care and the company completely ignores calls, emails and Linked In messages for further assistance. This company is despicable and aggregious in its mismanagement of COBRA benefits.
Seamless and quick
Requesting the reimbursement of part of my gym subscription was very quick and easy. From the request, I did not have to do anything else (everything was handled by ThrivePass and my HR dept.).
