Worried it was a scam but got my flight for cheap and verified it on Delta's website so it seems to work. Communicative via email and phone

After I booked my ticket I received an email that the ticket wasn’t actually booked but an agent will work on it. I then received a voicemail a few days later claiming they needed my credit card CVV number to complete the booking. The number they left me was the general line that resulted in a phone tree system that never led me to a human. A few days after that I received an email confirmation for the ticket and related credit card charge despite never confirming the CVV. When I checked with the airline to confirm the ticket they said they showed three different flights: the one I actually booked and a return flight (one-stop) originating from a random city on a random date that I didn’t book. I’m confused and annoyed by all the hassle and there is no way to get in touch with the company.

My last minute ticket, I bought it the night before flight, was very affordable and customer support was exceptional! Everything went smooth. I'll use Thrive Travel again and would recommend them to all my friends!

Got the tickets at the price I placed the order for. Tickets were confirmed within 12 hours and confirmation email sent. No follow ups were needed.

Booking was smooth and far cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. First email I received noted that the booking had not yet been confirmed, but that I would receive confirmation or cancellation within 24 hours if that particular flight was no longer available. Within 2 hours I received the booking confirmation, and was able to look up my flight information on the airline's website directly. After receiving the booking confirmation, I received a personalized email from one of their customer service agents, as well as a phone call confirming my booking and letting me know I could reach out directly to her if I had any questions or issues. No other discount flight booking website has ever offered that level of service- so I highly recommend! I was skeptical at first due to the flight price being significantly lower than on other websites, but after this experience I will definitely be booking with Thrive Travel again.
