Cancelation policy is awful
Cancelation policy is awful - 48 hours in advance or get charged.
At this point I sincerely can't afford the cancelation fee and life is chaotic and things happen - the last of which was to have my phone stop working before joining the session. I was charged for a no-show.
I get it, but if you don't have control of everything in your life, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Dismissive Therapists
Initially my sessions were going well and then it seems as if my therapist became dismissive of me sharing my lived experiences. She seemed to become agitated or annoyed with the things I was sharing and would try to correct me about MY LIVED experiences. I did not feel seen or heard by her.

Thrive works canceled my appointment without talking to me
My psychiatrist is great, but thriveworks is just as money hungry as any other medical assistant program. They don’t care about helping you or making life easier. Just money. I hope our lives are worth a few 100!
