They use good fabric but whoa the sizing isn’t great. Using the measurements and size of the models I ordered a small in the leggings and when they arrived I was shocked by the size. The T-shirt fit and the jacket just fits so I thought keep it rather than send back. The leggings were a different matter. I tried to swap them but very difficult to do that and they didn’t have the M I would want anyway.
Just to let you know their S is smaller than a Fabletics XS, a Sweaty Betty XS and any other big brand you might be used to. For that reason I lost confidence in making any more purchases as you lose money on returns which seemed disproportionate compared to other sites. For example H&M charge a return fee and you expect that these days but it felt like with this company you were almost forced into keeping it. One ‘positive’ if you like is that the T-shirt had a mark on it on arrival and they did send me a replacement for that without too much trouble. They truly need to get their sizing correct. I expect gymwear to be tight but not almost a size and a half out.

Good quality material but so tight it’s a gym workout to try and get them on! Gave up trying! So sent them back as not for me, got my refund and it was £10 less than what I paid, they said it was some return charge and postage. Wasn’t happy that I didn’t get my full amount of money back when I sent every item back including the free promo items. Would never order from this company again personally!

I ordered a month ago from this “gym wear brand” I got a few pairs of the high waist scrunch bum leggings not even 2 not strenuous gym session and they ripped where the crouch is and they compensated with with vouchers and discount and I was stupid enough to believe it was a once off and just a faulty product as can happen sometime

But just today I was wearing a different pair of the high waisted scrunch bum legs and they ripped where the scrunch bum and crouch area is now I wasn’t even at the gym I went to sit down to pack a going away bag and heard a rip this is complete nonsense

The sports bra holter neck digs into your neck so bad that your left with neck pain and NONE Of the cups support big boob women the legging constantly fall down and give you either a pancake ass look or double bulge on your bum

This is a company that prides themselves on being a ‘gym wear brand’ and sells items that arnt fit for day to day non strenuous wear let alone a full workout which they “claim “ they are perfect for

And on top of that I paid for express shipping cause there was NO OTHER OPTION FOR STANDARD SHIPPING AND IT TOOK TWO AND A HALF WEEKS TO COME they didn’t submit the order to the postman until nine days after I had placed the order

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WASTE OF MONEY MY LOCAL KMART HAS BETTER QUALITY ITEMS FOR MORE THEN HALF THE PRICE

Best gymwear I ever had! I just received my 5th leggings from Thrivin. Quality is extremely high, support is always professional and kind (especially Ronnie’s)!

Customer service is amazing. Fast responses and extremely helpful and provided multiple appropriate resolutions to the couple issues I faced with certain clothing. Thank you. Also obsessed with this brand, the compression and sculpting items are amazing

I got the Thrivin All-in-One Elevating Jumpsuit and I’m obsessed! It’s incredibly comfortable, fits beautifully, and makes me feel really confident and pretty.

In terms of quality, the material feels soft yet thick and durable. I’ve worn my jumpsuits at least twice each and washed them around three times, and they still look and feel perfect.

The compression is in all the right places, and I love that you can adjust the length of the shorts depending on your preference. (Of course, the lower you wear them, the less compression you’ll get around the glutes, but the lifting effect wasn’t the main reason I bought them, so this works perfectly for me!)

I did have an issue with my delivery. The first time, I only received 1 out of 3 items, and the package arrived open. I contacted customer service and, after seeing some negative reviews, I was honestly a bit worried. However, I was pleasantly surprised: they replied quickly, completed the investigation in less than a week, and arranged a replacement shipment for the missing items.

Unfortunately, the second package also arrived open, with one item left inside my mailbox and another one outside without any identification. I shared this feedback with the customer service team, and I really hope they look into the delivery process to prevent this from happening to other customers.

A special shout-out to Catherine, who handled my case. She was very helpful, responsive, and made the whole process much easier. I really appreciate the support I received from her and the team.

If it wasn’t for the delivery issues, I would definitely order again and again. The products themselves are amazing, the customer service team has been great, and the brand would absolutely deserve 5 stars.

I really liked the shorts and tops I have ordered, great quality and look. But the delivery was delayed like a week and also I have paid 23 EUR for the return, that is a bit too much.

The quality of the products are awesome, fits perfectly on my wife, better as I expected.
I faced issues regarding the delivery, but with the active and kind support from Joanna - from the support team - resolved it.
I'm looking forward to purchase more product form them.

I bought two pairs of midrise pants and the butt pocket comes down to the top pf my back of thighs 🫤 they’re very very long. Im 5’6” and XS. Tightness wise they fit well but all the ribbing and bum pocket look ridiculous on me

My package was lost and I sent a contact request through the website, which they didn't reply to, after stopping the payment in Klarna they reached out. I think in hindsight email them directly not through the website. But after that the service I received from JP was excellent! Very smooth, quick with replying. The delivery service Dragonfly couldn't provide an official document for lost products, THRIVIN still offered options, replacement, giftcard or fully reimbursed. Originally I wanted my money back, but after the service I received I'd still love to represent the brand and choose replacement. I had many questions and made changes to the order which I was met with patience and adaptability. I could even change the free gift in the one I loved. Thank you JP, I'm looking forward to my order!

A speedy reply, as well as feeling like I’m actually being taken care of. I dealt with both a bot and real humans. They did their best to understand my situation.

I gave 4 stars because I spend a lot of money on the clothing I purchase and feel that the clothing I wear should last at least a years or more. My leggings did not and I do worry that if the clothing I purchase doesn’t last me for a year or more I may have to think about purchasing with another brand. I do love Thrivin though. I love everything about Thrivin. I just hope this was a one off and the quality improves if not.

What went wrong is the shipping and delivery system needs to be adjusted as it really drained the excitement away. The leggings itself, i mean its a good quality you can tell, not like a cheap legging fabric imo, but idk. I don't really like the way there is extra compression on the ankles those lines, i feel like its so unnecessary and uncomfortable, and when i tried my first pair it made those lines mark onto my skin. The leggings on me hmm idk again.. its just that i dont feel pretty in them, maybe its just me but idk but i give it 2 stars because id wear it rather than some cheap leggings that will get lint balls or is see through.

I ordered 10 items and they all fit PERFECTLY. I was sure colours weren't for me and yet Thrivin convinced me otherwise with the bubble pink set. It enhances all the right parts and just makes me feel powerful! My gym besties were stunned. The order arrived rather quickly and I will certainly be ordering more. Thank you!
