My new favourite brand!! I absolutely LOVE Thrivin, all these new collections are not helping my bank account as I want it all😩 Their design and colour range is amazing and continuously growing! I absolutely love the ‘buy 2 get 1 free’ offer, as you get such a good deal and the quality of the items is really good! The free socks are the cutest touch too! Please don’t change and become super expensive like all other brands😓

The delivery takes a while but the items are dispatched super quick, it’s just a matter of the transit time. Also I would personally recommend sizing up in the leggings/shorts!

Order took almost a month to arrive. Products were way to tight around the thighs, even tho i ordered two sizes up from what i normally wear. When i tried to return the order, the shipping cost more than the order itself! Very dissapointed with this whole thing..

Exchange is confusing and NOT free. I ordered three jackets but they were too small. Tried to request an exchange through the Return Portal but there was no option for exchange. Contacted the customer support 4 times only to find out I need to pay for the shipping even though it's an exchange, not a return. As a "one-time courtesy" Thrivin offered a coupon covering only 50% of the shipping fees. On their website they say that exchange is free of charge, that is simply not true. As an online shop it's expected that people might order the wrong size so this should be sorted out.

Aside from the exchange hassle, the jackets do seem to be of good quality and the colors are nice. I'll just give them to my friends.

Never again, Thrivin!!

I placed my order five weeks ago, and it is still nowhere to be found. After multiple emails, I eventually found out that I will not be receiving my package at all.

As compensation, I was offered a gift card, which I have also not received. I have been given promises for weeks, but nothing has been resolved. All I keep hearing is requests for more patience.

To make matters worse, the event I ordered these clothes for took place two weeks ago, so the items are now completely useless to me.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish, and I certainly will not be ordering from Thrivin again.

I ordered from thrivin on 6/2/2026 and it has been 7 weeks, almost 2 month and my clothes are nowhere to be found.. they told me that the products are out of stock after contacting them and they let me choose another color from the ones available but it was a month ago and still nothing happened.. i received two e-mails claiming the shipment is on the way but it just never arrives. I really hope it’s not a scam and eventually I will receive my order after 2 months of waiting..

This has been one of the worst return experiences I have ever had.

It took me almost 3 months to return my order. During that time, I had to email customer support over and over again, repeatedly follow up, and remind them about my request because I was often ignored or received generic responses instead of actual help.

Although my return was eventually approved, I was charged USD 6.60 for the return label and then an additional AED 31 for shipping. In total, I paid around AED 50 just to return the item.

I wasted an enormous amount of time and effort trying to resolve something that should have been straightforward. Instead of helping, customer support made the process unnecessarily frustrating and exhausting.

If you are considering buying from this company, be aware that if you need to return an item, the process may take months, require constant follow-ups, and involve unexpected costs. Based on my experience, I will not shop with this company again.

Really happy with this brand, the small bit of compression really does work to give your bum that extra "oompf!"

I have ordered two pairs of leggings and the midrise elavate shorts in lots of different colours and would definitely recommend! I was in between sizes so went up a size on the shorts (M instead of S) for a more comfortable fit.

I had one pair of faulty shorts where the scrunch bit snapped, however, the customer services team where great and credited the costs of the shorts +postage to my account so I could replace them.
Overall great customer experience and intend to buy more pairs!

Ordered some leggings which cost me just under £30. I didn't like the fit so returned them alongside my free gift. Was told at the point of requesting a refund that £5 would be deducted for shipping which I wasn't happy about. Then I received an email stating the return was being processed and I would be receiving £17 back which is £12.44 less than I paid . Really poor service I shall definitely not order a thing from this website again.

Terrible exchange policy. I bought items during a promotion, and when I needed a larger size, they tried to charge me an extra €10 just for a simple size exchange, refusing to honor the original discount.
On top of that, their automated system forces you to pay an outrageous €27 return shipping fee upfront. To make matters worse, they refuse to reserve the stock while your package is in transit. If the item sells out, you are forced to pick from the new collection and pay a massive price difference.
An absolute trap to make customers spend more money. Polite emails but abusive practices. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

The scrunch bum leggings are great and really do pull you in at the right places. The biggest negative about Thrivin I will say though, is their delivery times. I waited weeks for my 1st order. Just placed my 3rd order nearly 48hrs ago and it’s still not been dispatched. For a brand that’s not cheap, you’d expect better turn around times.

The leggings are definitely not true to size, they’re tiny. I’m a small in most gym wear brands but ordered medium as I saw from reviews that they ran small, and they still look too small. Haven’t been able to actually try them on as they arrived dirty/damaged with what looks to be discharge in! It’s taking ages to get this sorted with customer service, as they ask you on the contact form to send a photo of the item which I did, and now each reply they send they ask for a different image of the leggings instead of including a list of all photos I need to send in one email. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since my parcel was delivered and I’m still back and forth for a refund or exchange. Won’t be buying from here again.

It’s a scammer ! Very bad service and company I I paid for order , parcel not received! I sent a lot of emails to company, they don’t reply or bot reply! If you want left with out money and without order its company for everyone! Terrible company! It’s really scammer! Don’t ordered nothing from this company!

First of all, the quality was the best.And it's true size.Perfect shape perfect quality and in this economy.I think the are the best leggings that I have ever tried in my life comfortable and cute

This company sells really good quality gym clothes for a decent price and offer a generous amount of discounts too which is amazing. The only issue I have is the shipping wait time. My package took over 2 and a half weeks to arrive after ordering and shipping which is really inconvenient and kind of ruins the excitement I had for these clothes. When I got in contact with them about it I got an AI automated response and nothing really got solved. I recommend the clothes for the quality and price, but be prepared to wait a while 🤷🏻‍♀️

Purchased from this company several times now. The one time I had to reply the customer service was shocking, poor responses promises with no actions etc. was told I can exchange but had to find items of the exact price. However, due to constant price changes and very delayed responses it made this task almost impossible. However, it’s a shame as I do like the fit of the leggings. But, they do not last long my second pair that have broken in the bum scrunching now after having them for a few months.

Over the last year, I have bought a few sets from the company.

I will admit, the scrunching effect it gives on your bum is amazing. It takes a lot of re-gigging to get it where it sits right however.

The reason for the review is because they don’t wash well. I keep track of my measurements, which haven’t changed since I bought the sets. However, now, I hate wearing them because they’re so incredibly tight! It’s the type of fabric which rolls up or down and sits so uncomfortably on all areas.

Really disappointed as they’re not the cheapest. And I no longer want to wear them because it’s not fun doing an uncomfortable workout in uncomfortable clothing.

Also, a pair of leggings ripped, leaving me with 4 different holes around the inner thigh area, and it wasn’t even on the seam line, and that was only after 4 months.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! TOTAL SCAM!
PRODUCTS FROM CHINA WHICH YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY DAYS YOU LL RECEIVE. IT S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND THE KEEP SAYING TO ME THAT IT S ON THE WAY

Ordered nearly £300 worth of clothing from them. Returned all times as the sizes run very small. Returned the items on 22/06/26 and they still haven’t processed my return or acknowledged any emails.
Worse experience and I’m still yet to receive my money.

Awful. Company lost my products, then promised me a refund only to come back the next day and told me it's my job to find my missing parcels. They lost over £150 worth of items that ive still not recieved. Customer service is awful and did not help at all.
