Amazing customer service Thunder Egg team especially the wonderful Emma. I made an error while purchasing a couple of items as gifts online, it was sorted quickly and simply over email. It's often said, you find out what a company is like when something goes wrong. And Thunder Egg your fantastic!

Always make an effort to visit every time I'm in Manchester. Beautifully arranged shop fill of vibrant colour with variety of items and gorgeous stock. Bought a beautiful cardigan. Great prices, lovely staff and brilliant social media pages.

I've purchased a number of items from this business over the past few years and I have never been disappointed by the quality of their products or the service they provide. My most recent purchase was a cute pair of fox patterned socks (I call them focks)

I make a point of coming into this store every time I visit Manchester! They always have such a great selection of clothes and accessories, the staff are really helpful and friendly, and the vibes are wonderful! The jumpers I have from their brand Home of Rainbows are some of my favourites I own - such nice designs and so comfy. I would 200% recommend Thunder Egg!

They were sending the item to Spain by Royal Mail but the item was costing 45 plus shipping and I had to pay 23 extra customs fees to pick it up. So custom fee is almost half the price of the dungaree. I usually buy them in another store in the Netherlands but I was looking for this model and size
I wrote to customer service but they get rid of responsibility and say it’s my country policy and it’s already said on their website. But I don’t agree with the fact that they get rid of their responsibility. So maybe customers from Europe should be aware of having to pay a big extra for receiving an item from this country not belonging to Europe anymore. And that’s why I’m writing this review.

Something very pretty popped up & I had to order. I was not disappointed by this company. It was a pair of fabulous looking dungarees, not what you would find everywhere so if you are looking for something fun this is the place to go. The size chart was accurate the dungarees fitted as expected. The fabric is of a high quality & the garment construction is of equally good quality. Dispatch was prompt & Royal Mail even delivered a day early (I'm in Northern Ireland so that is a miracle) I ordered on a Thursday & received the parcel on a Saturday. I'll be back for more.

Fast customer service response, lenient Christmas returns policy and rapid refund. Ordered again in a different size and no doubt it will be here tomorrow as per tracking information.

Great clothes, never needed to use customer services but always had lovely clothes and fast delivery

I rarely give anything less than 5 stars but I was a little disappointed when shopping online with thunderegg. My husband purchased a £20 voucher which I was excited to use. Firstly the items I picked came to exactly £20 not including postage but when I tried to purchase it was explained I had to spend over £20 to use the voucher, slightly disappointing as I've never experienced this elsewhere. I picked something else, made my order and received confirmation. After a week I had heard nothing so used there tracking system to find my order had been cancelled. I emailed them to enquire and the next day received confirmation again. Whilst I'm sure it was an honest mistake I received no reply to my earlier enquiry. No answer or apology as to what happened with my order just another conformation. I cannot fault the quality of the items I purchased they are wonderful! However their customer service and people skills where lacking for me on this occasion.

Ordered some dungerees for the first time, picked extra small, they are beautiful and wonderful quality I cant wait to order my next pair

I have ordered a few times from this company, on one occasion a item came with a part missing. I contacted them and they responded immediately and had a replacement sent out to me the next day. Great customer service as well as a great range of colourful clothing. Really recommend.
