Ordered 4 t-shirts on the 10th August, still yet to receive any communication despite them taking the money. Commented on instagram, messaged on instagram and emailed but not response despite multiple messages.

Absolutely shocking , no delivery updates, no response from my emails, looked in Instagram and lots of people have the same trouble

Avoid this company 🙏 just not worth the hassle

Ordered on the 8th August. Told 5-7 days shipping. Fast forward 2 weeks and nothing. Emailed them about my order not arriving and just got a generic response that I've seen on other bad reviews here about how I will "receive an email once my order has been shipped". Very disappointed, not what you expect when spending £60 on t-shirts. Requested a refund through my bank..

Ordered a long time ago and still don't have anything.
Sent numerous emails but didn't get anything back.
I want a refund. I want my money back. I

If this doesn't happen in 2 days I will tell m Dutch Bank and they will mark them as spam (means that no one from the same bank will be able to buy from them). Gladly my bank is one of the biggest banks in the country, so that means they will have no Dutch customers anymore because they definitely don't deserve it.

The product arrived very fast and was as described.

Great service, client support responded super quickly. Also the quality of the t-shirts are great!

*update* not only are they now refusing to respond to me, I still don't have the items, I've had to raise a charge back with my credit card. But they have enough time to ask trust pilot got my information* DO NOT BUY FRAUDULENT SITE. I ordered two tops almost four weeks ago, I chased them up and was told they'd be shipped "when they're ready" I queried what that meant as the website said ship within 24 hours, they have stock issues and logistics issues. It's a shame as I have to cancel the order, they should be clearer on their website if they can't meet their shipping deadlines

Placed an order on the 4th of August. Paid and received a confirmation but since that zero communication from their end.

I contacted the support department on August 27th to request an update, since they had already mentioned in their email on August 18th that my shirts would be shipped with priority. I received the same reply, essentially repeating what they had written on August 18th. The only difference was that they closed their email with:

P.S.: Due to the high volume of messages we are currently receiving, our response time may be longer than usual. Therefore, we ask that if you do not need to process any changes to your order, please do not reply to this email. Thank you for your understanding.

This struck me as very unfriendly towards customers.

On August 28th, I finally received confirmation (my order was placed on August 4th) that my order had been shipped.

I ordered 3 t shirts and there was a massive delay in receiving them. Ordered July 21st and received today, Aug 12th. I sent many e mails and did get replies. It was only when I asked for a refund and then sent a further e mail asking again that my item was dispatched and then delivered. I have to say that the items are great. Not washed yet but definitely great. Would've been 5 stars if they had come in the expected 5-7 day window suggested.

I have ordered shirts from this company before and was very satisfied back then. That’s why I placed another order over 4 weeks ago. Unfortunately, this time I received no communication apart from the order confirmation. There’s no way to get in touch with the company, and it would have been nice if they had provided updates about any delays. I’m sure there’s a good reason for it, but this is not how it should be handled.

Unfortunately very bad customer experience.

I placed an order for three shirts two weeks ago and only received a confirmation email. After the expected shipping date passed, I submitted a service request. The response stated they were experiencing issues at their logistics center, which I understood at first. However, now it's been another week with no updates, no estimated delivery time, and no further communication.

What I find most frustrating is the lack of transparency. I haven’t received any meaningful follow-up, yet I continue to receive daily promotional emails from them. It feels like marketing is a priority while existing customers are left in the dark.

I hope this review encourages better communication and faster resolution for future customers.

-update- i ordered the shirts on the 21st of july today the 6th of august still nothing!

The product designs are nice, but the service is terrible. The promised 4-day delivery time turned into 9 days later, and after I'd been requesting delivery, it actually took 21 days. I ordered it in early July, and it still hasn't arrived. And all that time was spent making excuses. Although I like the product, I haven't ordered any more. Summer is almost over, and the device still hasn't arrived.

It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered. Money is withdraw but no items shipped. Contacted them after 7 days and they said it will leave the warehouse shortly. Here almost 11 days after that still no shipping confirmation, poor response on email. Don’t get fooled, it’s a scam

Money withdrawn, but no products. Over a week has passed, with no response. Not responding to my email to customer service either.
Their conditions state that orders are handled and dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Don’t fall for the convincing Instagram ads.
Zero customer service, 2 weeks after purchase still haven’t received my order!
I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly these guys do not care for customers whatsoever.
I have asked three times via email and Instagram about my tracking and I have been given either poor excuses or been ignored!

Not "oversized" in the slightest. Poor fit, poor quality material and the ink bleeds through and has stained other parts of the garment.

Sizing inaccurate and to get my "free" return or exchange I have to pay for return shipping to Spain.

The response I received was similar to other responses from Chinese companies selling poor quality merch. A poor reply that in no way helped me, hence the 1 star.
