Im from Mexico, and im the same position as all you people saying we saw the Nebulight on Instagram, purchased it and have no news about our products, it was a Scam!!!....nobody is anwering....the page of Thunershop is no longer there.....What are we gonna do all of us?....we should unite and Sue this company....i dont find any page about this Thundershop Nebulight...

Got to be something to do to get our money back

I ordered 1 Nebulight at the ending of January of this year 2020 and still have not gotten it. I emailed and I got no response. I just read a lot of other peoples reviews and they said they too have not received their things. This is so wrong and this company should be sued for stealing all of our money like this. I made this order off of Instagram. To everyone else, I feel your pain. It sucks because I was so looking forward to using this in my room.

Ordered 2 nebulights (several weeks ago), paid with card, never get any delivery or response on my mails. Stay away from that site! Scam!

I ordered 2 Adjustable Space racks in January 2020. I tried to contact the company - no response. They charged me $67.78 as soon as I made the purchase. It's now June - still no space racks!!

They don’t even deserve one star.
I ordered 2 spice racks. They won’t answer calls, emails, or private I messages.

BAD scammers, ordered 8 masks in February and never received anything, they withdrew US$170 and I’m still waiting.

I ordered 2 masts on Feb 26th 2020, $42.78 immediately debited from my account. As of June 12, 2020 still no product and no answers to my emails requesting refund. I will never trust ordering from Internet advertisements again.

I also ordered 2 flip cookers on Feb. 17, 2020. Other than a receipt, I've heard nothing. I've requested a tracking number, asked for communication, and requested money back. No response at all! How can this company be sued by everyone they have stolen from? How can they be stopped? Anyone know how togo after these company's? I'll contact my credit card company tomorrow. I've disputed through my bank before and they've always refunded me. There are so many scams they might tell me no more refunds!!!

Ordered two masks in Feb. and still have not received them! Sent several email to them...no response!

Horrible! I ordered 2 flip rubber mats for $35.50 in February. I asked for a refund twice and have not heard from them or received my prefer!!

I ordered 4 mats from them in Jan 2020 they have not arrived it is now June. I have emailed them and they responded claiming they were working on some problem that was in Feb. I have requested a refund which they have not sent.

Fraudulent company! Do not order; they'll charge your card the next day and you'll never receive products.

Two. Star lights NebuLight Jan 29,20 order#71689 Expedited shipping $79.68. I have not been able to ask why, however I have received nothing and have 18 great grandchildren and I’m very unhappy. Living on social security it was for gifts for the children. I am very sad to have my money stollen

Guess I'll be joining the crowd on this one. Ordered on Feb 25, 2020 and haven't heard squat since initial order confirmation and cc charges. Be contacting my cc co to see about getting a credit. Been with em for 50 years so I might get lucky on getting a credit back. What a bunch of clowns these people are for doing this to so many customers. Still have about 3 mos. to refute these charges.

I also placed $100+ order in February and have received nothing. By the looks of all these reviews they made out pretty well stealing from all of us.
