Vps is down and nobody from support answers. I guess my data is lost :s

I bought a server and no response.
If anyone has solved this problem, please write above.

Used for half-year without any problems.
5 days ago bought domain and payed for it, it is still in status 'pending', and support do not answer.
Seems this service getting worse.

They shouldnt call themselves a provider, because a provider means to provide. They provide nothing, especially no support!

1. Their website states they offer a Small Shared hosting package for €2.99 and when you get to the control panel to buy it, that package is nowhere to be found, and only shows the rest of the more expensive packages. Trying to trick people?

2. They definitely dont reply to ANY support questions, been waiting for a response to one question i had since 12 Oct. its now 14 Oct. I even opened another ticket and no response. ZERO SUPPORT.

With lack of responses like these, anyone can clearly see how unprofessional and useless these people are. Its probably a kid running as a reseller in his mom's basement.

Ordered a vps from this hosting. After 24 hours I still haven't received the status of the server - Pending. Although other companies have similar servers within 30-60 minutes. They do not answer the ticket to support. Is your company even in business?

Super friendly customer service, after moving my wordpress website to their hosting it started throwing error 500's, contacted their customer service and they solved the problem for me

started using a vps with 2 cores to host a modded minecraft server for my small community and it's been running smoothly
the vps is hosted in the netherlands and i never had any crashes or lag so far

Yesterday i installed cpanel on my vps and couldn't get my website to work, today i contacted support and they quickly fixed the problem, i misconfigured cpanel

Website is now up and fast, good to know there is someone working on the weekends

Purchased an instant dedicated server in germany, after all they only have those in germany

While i am kind of disappointed it wasn't actually delivered instantly but instead it took 1 hour which is great regardless

The good thing about the server i rented is it is extremely cheap and
- It was delivered quickly
- The hardware is great
- The port is 1 gbit unmetered and i could actually reach near 1 gbit/s with a speedtest

The only con is for me is as i said that it's not delivered instantly but it isn't a huge deal for me

It's really great for MT4, my vps has never gone offline and the network speed has always been fast, on top of that the pricing is great!

I had some issues i couldn't solve with cpanel on my dedicated server because i'm not an expert, contacted support and they fixed the problems and installed my ssl certificate, thank you

I'm writing this review as a dedicated server client, i don't have any experience with their other services.

The server was delivered the same day, and that is really nice, i can control it from the client area which not many providers allow. The only downside is they don't allow ipmi access

I couldn't install wordpress on my vps because i'm not very tech savy and the web server wouldn't start, i asked the support which fixed my problem after 1 hour. Thank you!

One of the worst service providers.When i requested refund on paypal they had closed my account and also not even responding to my ticket.I had paid Euro 64.99 and in my account it has been showing as not paid.So dont buy servers from this provider.

Ive been a thundervm customer for 3 months today. I use their windows vps service to work remotely and in these 3 months i didnt have a single issue

Better servers than my previous host for sure, no packet losses and ping/latency drops. Without a doubt, i would recommend it. My two servers are in italy and netherlands.

I am pleased with the vps hosting service. Their prices are competitive and the dedicated ips are clean. I have been using it for two weeks and i am happy with the service quality.

The service provided is exceptional. I am thoroughly content and consider it to be the top hosting option currently accessible. I've tested numerous alternatives yet none match its level of excellence.

Was looking for a cheap vps and not be scammed by (you know) those "cheap VPS 5 Euros a month" services that require you paying all the 48 months in advance.

Found this service by chance and was able to pay that same price without ridiculous advance requested and for one month only. glad there were also dutch (im dutch) servers for fast response.

Extremely suggested for for all the beginners in look for an environment to cheaply test and deploy their applications!
