It's as if there's nothing in some of the product compared to other vendors, and good luck getting the customer service to listen to anything you have to say after multiple attempts. He either ignores you, or deflects. For anyone that can perform a true purity test, please do so to keep this vendor honest. Although, nothing short of a lawsuit seems like it could get them to listen to their inbox, so maybe save yourself the headache just move on to a new supplier.

The "If you order before this time" timer on their website was broken, and so an express ($30 shipping) item I paid for did not arrive within the time given by the website. Customer service absolutely unapologetic, and indecent despite screenshots of the ongoing broken timers across multiple platforms, devices, and browsers. Typically, customer service is a reflection of overall operating culture. I imagine this lack of consciousness permeates all operations. Do yourself a favor, play it safe and avoid or discontinue using TianeptineDirect. There are a lot of other vendors whose product costs as much or nearly, and that will actually care if their functionality misdirects you.

Longtime sufferer of mild to moderate depression here. Started a regimen of 12.5mg 3x/day for about 2 months now and it has helped immensely. I order the powder and make my own capsules so price is quite affordable. I recommend taking alongside ashwagandha for anxiety if you have issues with it. Main thing is to try and keep your dose steady so invest in a good set of scales that weight to the mg.

Always fast shipping and fast payment for echeck. The first time you use echeck a 7 day hold is placed to make sure it clears. Now when I order with echeck, it's super fast!! I placed the order that morning with echeck and it was shipped the SAME EVENING! You can't beat this company.... 5 stars!

Wow! So here's the deal... I've ordered a dozen times and it always arrives on the time they say. I know that is not really a review of them but the order gets sent to the postal service within an hour Everytime. Never had a wrong order, and customer service is better than the competition. Never seen a sold-out item. Prices are on par. Basically it gets 5 stars because they deserve it. My 1st review ever!

Everything about my experience with TianeptineDirect was great. The product I recieved was a day early, it was exactly what I ordered as well. I wish it would come with a small non stick scooper, but that's not important. Tianeptine direct has the best quality Tianeptine I've been able to find for a great price.

I’ve been using the kind of product offered by this vendor for the past four years using various well-known vendors and this vendor has everything you would want in a vendor. The reasonable 3PM EST cut-off for same day shipping is super convenient and you can count on them to ship as long as your order is paid before the cut-off. The product is professionally packaged in discreet USPS packaging that has always arrived next day when selecting USPS Priority Express. The product itself is excellent and never a problem with quality or weight. Prices could be better as well as more options for order sizes and it’d be helpful to have more shipping methods such as UPS/Fedex but that’s what I call constructive critism rather than complaints.

Ordering from this company was fast and efficient. I easily paid with Apple pay but may consider PayPal next time. I am satisfied that this is a trustworthy company. As for the tianeptine, I ordered the 25 mg sulfate, and am very satisfied. For me, it took a couple of weeks to feel the full benefit. It is a good anti-depressant without all the horrible side-effects of the SSRI's. I also like that it may repair damaged brain cells due to PTSD. I will continue to order this.

Fantastic, fast and courteous customer service. Order processing is efficient and quick and any questions I had are quickly answered.

Unfortunately I had to remove some stars my last order was not the 5 grams like it said and they told me they could do nothing about. Not only that but they got rid of Google pay and that was the only way I could pay and the simplest for me. I will no longer be doing business with them

So far so good I've only Ordered twice from Them so far. The first order got here within 3 days and same with the next both packaged well and not damaged. The purity seems good so far tho I Don't have the means to actually test it myself
