The toilet rolls are fine. However your continued use of DPD means that in my area the parcel is not delivered when due. In fact, the parcel turned up 3 days late with me being told that I had been ‘missed’. This is not true but is always the excuse. I have already had to cancel Naked Paper, Hello Fresh and Gousto due to their use of DPD and was on the point of cancelling yourselves when it turned up, not at the right address but near enough.

Happy with quality of products (bamboo loo rolls and kitchen towel). Prompt delivery and no plastic anywhere. I previously purchased the loo roll made of waste sugar cane, but found it a little flimsy, so I avoided it second time around.

I've tried all the eco friendly toilet roll brands out here in the UK and Tiboo are definitely the best I've discovered.
Getting the subscription is so much more cost efficient over buying similar eco rolls at the supermarket, I really wish I had done it sooner.
The un-whitened bamboo rolls are soft and strong and even look good stacked in a basket in the bathroom.
The same goes for the wrapped white rolls!
Their kitchen roll is also really worth it. Since finding out how toxic regular rolls can be in addition to the harm to the environment, I'm never going back.
Highly recommend making the switch and they have great customer and delivery service to top!

I bought bamboo textile dish cloths. They are great, soft, absorbant, and washable.

Good natural hand soap.
I'd been using a another eco-friendly hand soap which unfortunately made my hands very dry. So I thought I'd give Tiboo products a go.It's much kinder to my hands, soap tablets dissolve easily and the dispenser is very attractive. It's pump is very effective where previous companys failed to work properly after a short period of use. Tiboo bottle is easy to clean . Very good value for money too.
I hope that Tiboo widen their range as I'm still using laundry capsules and kitchen cleaner from the other company. Would definitely recommend.

These hand towels are great quality and the manufacture from sugar cane waste is a great idea.

Great quality toilet rolls, individually wrapped in paper and packaged in a strong cardboard box. Recyclable or I can feed my worms some bamboo waste!

I have ordered toilet rolls from this company for quite some time now. I find the quality soft but strong enough for the purpose of the job. I also like the fact they are helping to save the environment.

Arrived early. Well packaged. A brilliant frosty white glass bottle. With the silicon non~ slip base. The fragrances of the soap refills are perfect refreshing. Cleans hands thoroughly with a nourished feeling too. I highly recommend this light foam hand cleanser.

Handtowels made from sugar cane waste. Good for the environment - white too - it's amazing how many people don't like the brown bamboo towels, just because they're used to white ones

The paper is great, and I love the
wrapping, very satisfying to know it's not ordinary paper.
