had major platform issues

had major platform issues, blew prop accounts, they admitted a problem on their part, shown all issue to tech. they agreed it was their platform code I’m waiting moths to make it right, nothing. Beware!!!! they give free accounts.. there’s a reason!

Disappointed

I purchased 3 of the Algos and I have not been able to get the first one working. I followed the Trendbreaker AMA to a T and it is not working. Have reached out to support a couple of times, but still no success in getting the first Algo up and running. Feel like I have wasted my money.

Be very careful when using Tickblaze

Be very careful when using Tickblaze, the accout# on the chart and the account# on the trade panel are not synchronized, when you put an order on the trade panel while your chart is showing a different account, the order may executed on the account that not on the chart, for example, if you longed and set a sel l limit order to lock profit, however,this limit order executed on a different account, suddenly you opened long and short positions on 2 accounts, this is very dangerous. And I've got hedging warnings due to this issue.

I'm gonna be honest here I was truly upset over a situation I thought there was no way Tickblaze was gonna help with. Even after I got upset and was unpleasant. I feel horrible. Currently it tells me I'm trying to…

Currently it tells me I'm trying to trade 10 contracts when I only have it set to 1. That's a big problem. Also, no eas way to build indicators or install them unless you are proficient with computer knowledge that most people don't have. We are traders, not programmers. Very few custom indicators.
