We completed your documents on 8/31/20 and notified you that they were completed and provided you instructions on how to print, sign, and send them to the court one week prior to your due date. We sent you reminder emails on 9/11, 9/17, and 9/20 to remind you to send them to the court. If you have concerns or questions please feel free to call the office.

Hi Robert, as we emailed you are working on your case to provide you the best defense possible. It looks like you just submitted all on your information on 10/5/20. It does take a few weeks or sooner to complete everything then we send you and email with instructions on how to send your defense to the court. Keep in mind that your ticket isn't due until late December, there is plenty of time. In fact you will see in our instructions that we tell you not to send anything to the court until one week prior to your due date. if you have further questions, it would be better if you just would have called or emailed us and we can answer those questions for you as we are extremely responsive and always respond in the same day. We would also appreciate it if you could update your review and the stars.

We are extremely professional as we have provided excellent service over 16 years and tens of thousands of tickets. We do make sure we address everyone's concerns in a timely manor. Although we have representatives available to help Monday through Friday 8am to 5:30pm, at times as we are extremely busy and cannot take a call immediately. if you have to leave a message it may time 24 hours for a return call but you always get a call back.

A very disappointing experience and dishonest approach
I contacted their website about a speeding ticket I received on the highway for speeding 105 and copied and downloaded my driver’s license and ticket including information.
They sent me the defense material for trial by declaration and avoid court appearance with a part to pay the bail.
There was no bail amount so called them to get advice of how to find the amount to mail the defense appears along a check for the bail, when they said I have a mandatory court appearance and need to resolve it with the court.
Once I asked the customer service online that I had sent all the info and downloaded all the material and nobody said anything to me, she said I should have called them instead of using their website!
I lost my money and my time and back to square one!!

Our directions specifically state that if you are going over 100mph you must be approved for the trial by written declaration. If you signed up for our service online we can only assume you have been approved as it is your responsibility for your own ticket not ours. As such we provided you the defense documents you engaged us to provide. Again all you need to do is call the court and request the trial by written declaration and ask them to set bail. This is your repsonsibility are are negligent if you don't

They were nice and friendly but …
They were nice and friendly but this was a huge waste of money. All they do is type a letter for you, there is NO representation. Ticket was NOT dismissed, was NOT reduced and I still have to do driving school (an additional cost). Find one that guarantees a win or you dont pay :( i gave then $200 for literally NOTHING

There was traffics light on 223rd And Grace on Carson. I turned left on yield then I proceeded there’s stop signs I slowly stop behind the white line. I proceeded to the next stop sign I slowly rolled . Another stop sign approaching I stopped against sheriff wary from behind I was turning right I turned my signal but I stopped on behind limits lines. After wary me I stopped took my information. I told the sheriff comply that i didn’t run on stop sign. The sheriff yelled at me told to sign the ticket so I could leave right away. I cried causes I want to explain that to the sheriff I follow all the regulations. Encouraging me to sign without explanation. .Forcing driver to sign right away!

Red Light camera ticket
They were very efficient in getting all needed paperwork completed and info I needed. Just awaiting the results sometime in November. I was also satisfied as they explained very clearly what they do. I am expecting a good outcome. Steve and his staff are very friendly and helpful to deal with in answering all my questions and concerns on this matter.

Quick and Easy
Very easy to use this service. My court date has been pushed two months due to COVID, but the courts prefer the method that TicketBust uses which is going to court via mail. You tell them your story and they prepare all the documents for you, with court case citations in your favor. I am pretty confident that my case will be dismissed. The cost is way cheaper than paying for the ticket, trying to fight it yourself, losing time from work, having your insurance go up, etc. Simple and easy.
