I had an amazing experience booking my flight to Pakistan. The agent 'Hamza' was very professional and paid attention and listened to my concerns with regards to seat selection etc. I found the flight to be £190 cheaper than on the airlines website and other comparison sites. Before booking, I question the IATA number, which I was given. I checked the registration, it was a registered number but under a difficult name. However, I am very pleased so far, I have been given an emergency WhatsApp contact number for out of hours. Thank you Hamza Aziz.

Sam have been amazing he found us direct flight when we were struggling to find them in December Nathan managed to reschedule our flights when we needed it most and they managed to find us extra flights when more family members wanted to join they will also be sorting out internal flights. AVOID!! Scammers
AVOID!!! They are scammers they took over £6000 out of our accounts. They kept stating they needed to book new flights as they couldnt reserve the orginal ones. Then they blocked our numbers. Every agent names, Hamzah, Rohan ali ahmed. we spoke to shortly blocked our number and when we called the office number they claimed to be emergency services.
They are not a genuine company. They will send you a payment link to input your card details which they will then save and use for several transactions!

Not a Genuine Company
It can't be a genuine company. I checked their registered addressed and as I live just 10 min drive from their registered address I told them I will visit their office and make payment. They said I will have to pay online only. The price they quoted me (quote No 55733) I checked it with 3 different travel agency all of which said it can't be real as its exceptionally low. As per company house records (Company number 15884390) they were only incorporated in 7th August 2024. So all these positive reviews in trustpilot seems unreal. Lots of red flaggs - a young director (26 year old), new company (less than 1 month old), call center open in 8am bank holiday, quoted flight ticket believed to be fake by 3 reputed independent agency, and not allowed to visit office to confirm genuine

They are the biggest scammers, asked for my security code of my card scammed me for 725£ and since 3 days not ready to refund the amount, their agents were so unprofessional and purely freaking scammers. I was booking my tickets from them, I paid and they said the ticket price changed after receiving 720 pounds from me. I had to get my refund back through my bank however i would suggest everyone to stay as far away from these lot as possible. 100% SCAMMERS
