They even called with better tickets then what I had originally purchased better seats

Deceitful, and dishonest.

They were not honest with the price of the ticket up front. They deceived me to the point of the final purchase to tell me the actual full price in order to get the sale.

seating

Looking at the map when I was buying my tickets it was supposed to be mezz center. My tickets are mezz house right. I'm not happy. And my tickets were almost $200 a piece.

Ticket Surcharges

Excess service chargee by company were not posted before payment was taken. I would not of paid the additional $25 to $30 per ticket!! I will not use this again

Ripped off

Bought tickets online in April for a June Chris Cornell show. Made arrangements to get off work because it was a Monday show. The tickets never arrived and the ticket vendor was unreachable. This is a true definition of fraud and I will never purchase tickets from you or any 3rd party ticket distributor again.
