Great concert and well organised

The access to the concert space was correct, quick and organized. To improve: bar service on Pilsner tents wasn't fast, more people attending were missing.
More to improve: the organization of access to the subway at the end of the concert, the frequency of convoy passage should have been increased to avoid crowds and speed up

Great Concert! Super Location! Food, drinks, toilets… everything near by. Friendly staff. Only leaving the area by taxi/uber/bolt was a little bit difficult.

Sound system was terrible ! I couldn't hear even one word. I left concert after 3 songs. I will never go to letiste Praha again. Worst concert ever

I had no trouble buying tickets (of course considering the popularity of Imagine Dragons), I ordered delivery by post and got the tickets quickly. The event was organised well, Imagine Dragons were amazing, weather could not have been better. I hate the NFC payments but it worked out fine, no hiccups. I would greatly appreaciate shuttle buses or anything to help after the event. The amount of people trying to get to the underground, trains or trying to leave nearby parking lots is insane and the infrustructure is extremely insufficient.

I really enjoy the atmosphere. Concert was located in good area and there was everything what you need while you were waiting. I have only one bad experience and it is that prices of merch were too high.

Very easy purchase of tickets, possibility of safe transfer of tickets and love having the tickets in-app so i can just scan the qr code to get in! overall very pleasant experience as always, stressless and easy

Booking the ticket was easy compared to other platforms. Ticket was easy to print or transfer to phone. Regular updates before and on the day helped making transport and other arrangements easier.

Ticketmaster CZ have been very good to deal with.
I bought tickets to see Iron Maiden in Prague on the 31st of May 2025, the ticket went on sale in September. I was able to log in to the CZ site and order 2 x Collector tickets for a reasonable price.
I have been a fan of Iron Maiden for over 39 years and this was to be my first live gig, so I was very happy.
Two weeks before event, I received a message from Ticketmaster CZ stating the collector's tickets should arrive at least 5 days before the event. This raised a concern for me as I was travelling to Prague 5 days before and I might miss the delivery.
So, I messaged Ticketmaster CZ throgh the website and got a speedy reponse.
Michal, the Ticketmaster rep, informed me that the tickets were sent in December last year and must have gotten lost.
He arranged for e-tickets and reassured me that all would be okay.

It was all dealt with quickly, and I got reimbursed for the differnce that I had paid for the collector tickets and the postage.

It was a very happy outconme and the event was immense!

I shall definitely go to Prague again for a gig, it is awesome!

every thing went smooth, reservation was easy, i got few updates, that is all

Really poor mobile web journey- app blocked me out of my account for 'suspicious web traffic activity' as i was walking into the venue, meaning i was unable to access my ticket for 15 minutes.
