Unable to delete my account even after the company was hit by a massive cyber attack resulting in the leak of sensitive information of 560 million (!!!) user accounts. Ticketmaster and its owners Live Nation have terrible privacy protection and should be held accountable for the lack of information security in the systems. Besides the monopoly that they have created, which is punishing customers, these two companies should be held accountable for their privacy violations.

I came all the way from the north of Sweden specially for this event and I can’t regret it I had an amazing night with the fans of Douzi, I can’t wait to attend next time other event of Douzi hopefully in Sweden next time. Overall I did really enjoyed and felt happy to be connected with the Moroccan community, eating the Moroccan food at Dar Al atlas was another amazing experience. The hospitality and the joy they handed with their services is such magic I can’t wait to come back again to danmark and reunite with the happiest and beautiful community ❤️🇩🇰🇸🇪🇲🇦 much love

I booked tickets for Russell Howard, the show was moved from April 2024 to January 2025. I cannot know that I will be available so I cancelled the ticket.
They have yet to refund me the money as it can take up to 90 days according to them.
They will charge me a service fee although I am not the one who changed the agreed upon dates.
This feels like a scam, and I am extremely disappointed at the time and service provided.

the cloakroom is efficient and well organised. The sound system seems quite off because the bass sound is way too strong

Ordered tickets for PGL CS2 event went all good, until I booked some resale tickets… order paid email confirmation came through although nothing in my account. Booked more resale tickets for a following day & tickets instantly came into my account. After contacting customer service twice and trying to find a way to get contact with an advisor regarding the tickets I spent £177 on, no responses, no tickets just -£177 in the bank account. Idk how to find out where the tickets are or how I will get them but it’s not looking good being 5 days later with no updates. FAQ says 8 hours after purchase, if they had a valid customer service team I’m sure I would have had a response yet. Never again will I use this service.
