annoying security staff
your security staff at the entrance was annoying about me having gone shopping before and tried bringing skincare in to the arena. i had to argument with him for a good 5 minutes before he let me in, with the skincare in my bag.

Beware - Ticketmaster have no customer service
The performance of Spamalot was fantastic, but Tickmaster took payment from my account twice. They have not responded to my messages and do not have a telephone number for me to call. I would be very wary of using them again.
