The whole experience was terrible
The whole experience was terrible. I spent so many hours queueing and never been able to find a seat available for me. In the end, I found someone selling on social media, and they transferred the tickets to me. I still believe Ticketmaster did an awful job. In the concert I have also observed empty seats right in front and behind my seat!

Separate seats in a concert
We bought 3 tickets (in one buy) for a concert, obviously all of them in the same seated area. Now, they give us 2 together and the 3rd one, quite far away. They say that they're not responsible and they can't do anything about it, not even the refund. That's a very poor service and bad costumer service. They make from a nice experience something that we want to avoid.

Artists showed up 45 min too late, and completely drunk/high. Their words were insulting and lacking respect to women and they kept touching their balls…
It was a terrible experience so we left early.
