I tried to buy two tickets of the Walk the Line concerts in Singapore held this October, but the event webpage cannot be opened properly, which informed me that it was the problem of my computer privacy setting issue. This is not true, since I can open other event pages on its website. This Ticketmaster Singapore has so many to do to improve its performance.

I’d like to share some honest feedback about the ticket purchasing process on your website.

Despite being logged in well in advance and waiting through the queue, I often encounter issues when trying to purchase tickets. After selecting seats, the system frequently shows that the tickets are already sold out or displays error messages like “Oh no! The ticket is sold out.”

This experience is extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially for fans who are genuinely excited and eager to support the event. I hope your team can improve the website’s performance and fairness in the ticketing process to provide a better experience for all users.

Please consider implementing a more reliable and fan-friendly platform in the future.

Zero stars. Why do performers use Ticketmaster? They are the worst for booking tickets, with errors, getting blocked,.... just nothing works well. Very poor site globally, am amazed it stays in business.

I was suppose to Stevie Nicks concert on june, 17th this year but was cancelled due to illness in the band but i needed to cancel due to back problems and wanted a refund. But apparently not that easily. Went to their helpline, and email. No help at all. But worse is that to sell my ticket i have give them my tax i.d.# and recieve 75% back...they are quick to take your money but refuse to give it all back...never will use them again..

Is this how u should book a concert ticket?

Waited 20mins on the queue to finally arrive at a request to enter my credit card numbers as promo code..

Error, error, error was all I see for the next 15mins..

When it finally went through, seat selections became neverending..

What’s picked and confirmed becomes unavailable the very next 5s..

Continue the experience for 2 hours even though it felt stupid as I was hoping to bring my wife to attend Andy Lau’s concert..

The end result: GAVE UP

Andy Lau and team if u are reading this.. This is the worst ticketing operator u could have tasked to..

Worse company ever. Seats not available now can be available with a refresh button. Seats available after verification shows not available. Ad-blocker turned off but still saying not turned off. Checked and saw website is tracking every details user is doing.

Worst ticketing experience of all. The whole idea of keep refreshing foe user to click and select the section is a failed concept. Should have an option to choose quantity and a random section. Tried for 2 hours for Aespa concert tickets still couldn’t get it. Best part that it’s not even sold out after 2 hours because of multiple errors.

Had a browser with zero adblockers or plugins installed, and the website was still saying 'adblockers detected'. Never had an issue on any other site saying adblockers were detected. Absolutely unacceptable, causing delays that meant Yoasobi tickets could not be bought.

i registered for eras tour like so early on but couldnt get a code but someone that registered way after and also with multiple accounts gets it on both their accounts?? what is this scammery

Problem register an account to buy ticket... Ticketmaster.sg suck to the bone....
I try chrome and Edge, both having error trying to log in to buy ticket....this website came from technology of the 90s? Can't believe Disney on Ice use them as ticket agent instead of SISTIC, Dumbest thing to do Disney!

Bad online experience cannot select add-on to my order and top they charge 4$ booking fee per ticket
What value add do you provide to charge 4$? Your webpage is slow and doesn't work properly.
