Excellent customer Service

I had purchased 2 tickets for Celebrating Celine Dion, and i had to book an extra one later on when a family member decided she wanted to come, but they had none available for were we seated. I spoke to a really nice man called Danny who was brilliant he relocated my seats and i was able to purchase the extra ticket so me and my family we all sitting together. Excellent service by Danny really helpful and kind.

Perfect custom service

I wrote a mail on Friday for a little problem with my email adress and my e-tickets. They answered me 2 days after and resolved the problem very easily. They were very kind, quick and professional. Thank you!

Quick turnaround in responses considering they are a big company. So helpful and nice. They do what they say they will which for me is so important as many companies don't.

Excellent service

Excellent service.
From original event enquiry over a year ago, too obtaining an access card, and today helping with my
e-ticket glitch, ticketquater's Customer Service is outstanding. I cannot thank them enough.

Ticketquarter was so easy to use

Ticketquarter was so easy to use, when I ordered my tickets I accidentally typed my email wrong, so I emailed them and they got back to me with new tickets straight away, can’t thank them enough.

Great customer service!
