I would just like to warn anyone against ordering tickets through AXS.
I ordered resale tickets and was advised that after downloading the AXS app I would have access to my tickets for the Chelsea Flower Show.
I have tried to access my tickets for a week now with no luck so decided to call AXS. I found the helpline telephone number on Google (02034815506) which I tried calling but the number has since been discontinued. My only option then was to call the RHS for a contact number for AXS as they are RHS’s official ticketing partner.
I called the number given to me (03443387501) but after being ‘on hold’ for half an hour the young lady at AXS was unable to find my tickets either!
This company is the biggest joke ever and has caused me untold stress.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
