We bought 4 tickets through the official website (alhambra-patronato.es). However - one person was not able to come and we therefore needed to change one name. That is not possible - unless: if you buy 5 to 9 tickets, you can change one name, 10-19 tickets, you can change 2 names etc.
So be ware: if you are not completely sure of fellow travellers, better buy one extra ticket!
They are extra-kind, available, patient and understanding. I recommend contacting with them, they solve any doubt you have and they make things easy. And having in mind that getting tickets for La Alhambra is not that easy, at all, they are an invaluable help.
