Non existing customers service. They claim to have 24/7 customer service. Listened two times in a row that im first in line for half an hour, then the phone was just hanged up.
Avoid this kind of service and dont buy tickets there

The instructions given were faulty and verification wss not possible with the instructions given. Ryanair system did not picked up reservation with the instructions given and showed 404 error page. Paid additional bagage was never added to the service.
Customer service was unavailable to reach despite 24/7 advertised support service. Something was seriosuly wrong with this booking since we could not find it even on ticket.ee site under "minu pilet" All guidance from the company to customers how to act in these situations is sloppy and misleading.
This all resulted aditional expences which this "ticket.ee" is trying now to refuse to cover by all means.
Think several times before you use this service.

Booking through this agency has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. They work with an airline that completely blocks PNR verification from agency bookings, meaning there is no way for the traveler to verify the ticket directly. They are unable to provide written confirmation from the airline, only repeatedly telling you it's confirmed "verbally" and who going to trust me verbally at airport if they have given me a dummy ticket?
Their solution? “Wait until check-in” or find out at the airport. Completely unacceptable. That’s gambling with the traveler’s plans. On top of that, support has been horrible. Why to avoid:
• The phone number Georgian Air provided (+995322196530) claimed be available 24/7 is unreachable.
• Your WhatsApp support is text-only and cannot provide verbal or immediate response so waiting till departure date is suicidal.
• Your customer support has been slow, unavailable and unhelpful. Dropping the call mid-conversation, making calls from random Austrian numbers I can’t return or call, while their Georgian line for tickets.ge is dead.

I’ve repeatedly requested a valid e-ticket or written confirmation from the airline. They have been unable to provide either, yet still refuse to issue a refund. Instead, they told me to confirm with the airline myself (which I did, and airline refused to confirm any bookings from agencies) or to cancel the booking myself — which would mean paying cancellation fees for an issue that is entirely their fault. They shift all responsibility to the customer while offering no real support. If anything goes wrong, you’ll be left to deal with it alone. Avoid this agency. Shady business with multiple domains.

This company is using different names and is using price comparation in momondo or skyscanner which is misleading customers by putting lower price for particular schedule and later offering another much cheaper schedule. I reported company starting with Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical regulatory office. THIS SCAM IS AGAINST EU LAW. MISLEADING OF CUSTOMER WITH PRICE IS NOT LEGAL. ITS SIMPLE OFFENCE AND SUCH ACTIVITIES MUST BE REPORTED. COMPANY HAS TO ISSUE ORIGINALLY BOOKED FLIGHT AND COVER PRICE DIFFERENT IF ANY. THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AGAINST LAW. They have one office in Tallinn, Estonia which is used as coworking space by company Magnat coworking at Joe street Tallinn.
Scam is as follow. Company is using pages like momondo or skyscanner and offering much cheaper prices.
Later they cancel booking or offering different schedule which is of course cheaper for them.
It happen to me twice during same day. Once through kissandfly.it and another through tickets.ee. One was Air Tanzania and another Aerolineas Argentinas. Both paid. First one got cancelled and yes they refunded money but this is still illegal they cannot just cancel without your consent.
Second offered another schedule.
Knowing my rights I know they have to offer me tickets as schedule and price I paid and whatever their T&C says about its against EU and Estonian law.

There are also cases in court and cases involving Consumer protection.
According EU law everyone have right to get what has been paid for. In case they cancel providing some unreasonable explanations thats a nonsense and they have to cover your cost of new ticket in case they deny to issue what has been paid for. They use Amadeus or Sabre booking system. So once you pay they have to immediately issue ticket based on what have been booked. In contrary its also against IATA rules.
I will report them myself , as I live in Estonia and can do it online.
In case you live in another EU countries you can contact EU consumer center and they will do things in your behalf. Company info is link I attached.
All positive opinions here are made by them through different accounts. Such is shame that trustpilot is not checking it. Most of their opinions are negative. Only positive opinions is made by them by using different accounts by people which does exist. After every negative opinions they make up 5 positive. which give them trust. All positive opinions comes by non registered users.

Their customer service is very responsive and friendly, but they are not able to help you in any meaningful way due to the nature of third party purchase that they make using randomized information. I also couldn't get access nor make changes to my own tickets because of this.
I will never order tickets through a third party website again.

What went well: Found a reasonble price that didn't change after the price went up on the airline's own site. Very helpful.
Next time even better if: the feedback emails came in the language I ordered in - or in English at the minimum. I ordered from the .ee site. Switchin to German doesn't fully make sense. ;)

Very bad service. I tried to by tickets with Russian passport (I have residence of Estonia) to Antalya, every time - error. Finally I bought ticket as Estonian resident - tickets have been cancelled, phone number have not been available.

Without the help of an attendant, it is not possible to find the necessary information in the app, how to behave if your app shows error 404
