Booked tickets for a premier league match. Got the tickets two days before the match, and we got so good help through WhatsApp with the downloading and everything.
We had the best time! Everything was so smooth and easy + the seats we got were amazing!!

I booked tickets for the Manchester City vs Newcastle United match as a surprise for my son’s 18th birthday. We were travelling from Bristol for his first ever visit to the Etihad, so it was a very important and special day for us.

From the moment I booked, the communication was excellent. The team were responsive, reassuring and kept in touch both before the match and on the day itself, which really helped put my mind at ease. Everything was organised smoothly and the tickets worked perfectly.

The whole day turned out to be incredible. We did the stadium tour, spent time around the ground, were lucky enough to see some of the players arrive and even get a couple of photos, and then enjoyed a fantastic evening match.

But the moment that meant the most to me was at the end of the night when my son turned to me and said it was the best day he’d ever had.

We received excellent service right up until our tickets were issued. Our contact was Pete, and the coolest thing was that the day before the event, Pete upgraded us to premium seats with access to the lounge, including food and drinks. It was a fantastic Premier League experience for me and my family.

Everything went smoothly it was stressful waiting to receive the tickets as they only arrived 2 days before the event and were originally sent tickets that weren't scanable but was sent proper tickets as soon as I messaged the support who guided us through everything. The support contact did take about an hour or more to respond.

Really good company to deal with start to finish, ordered tickets for Liverpool v Qarabag for my son an da as Christmas present, tickets where sent day b4 the match an had someone online to keep in touch with if any problems which was ideal as we had downloaded 1 ticket wrong ( all our fault ) but didn't realise till they where at the stadium contacted the help number issue was sorted in minutes an both my da an son where in enjoyin the match would highly recommend an will definitely purchase tickets again off this site

My sons and I went to see Arsenal in the Champions League and had the most amazing time. The seats were awesome and arrived efficiently directly to our phones. Great service!

Everything went well. I received tickets online and with live support in chat of needed. Only thing is that the tickets come with another person name, but no verification is done in the entrance, no worries about that. Man city won which makes it even better
