Intuitive. Simple. Best experience yet.

Ticket Tailor has an intuitive interface that is simple to use to set up and manage events — and to register for them. Our first event was a great success! It's been a far better experience than other platforms we've tried.

Glad I found this product

We're using Ticket Tailor to administer and collect for events run by our voluntary organisation. Found it excellent so far: easy to set up; fairly priced; and the support is excellent.

Standalone product unwielding to workflows (avoid)

Guys, I have tried everything to utilize this product. i came to use this product because of the ease of use, the pricing model. I had all of the hopes in the world but sadly this product is unwielding, it purposefully doesn't integrate into a lot of workflows.
1. Export memberships to another workflow - blocked
2. Import memberships into ticket tailor from another workflow - blocked
3. Zapier or API anything with Memberships - blocked.
4 the only workflow you can really use this for is to advertise and sell events - integrate with website to advertise - works, stripe - works.
But the above is very basic and should you need any complex workflows this is not the product for you. It is truly meant to be standalone.
I've put a lot of the products I use through it's paces to find a way to integrate ticket tailor into my workflow and the only limiting factor in all of this is one product Ticket Tailor. My use case is for members to only be able to purchase tickets that are advertised to the public. My memberships workflow is pretty simple and was so easy to setup. Ticket Tailor has kept me up at night as I see no way to streamline what should and could be no touch workflow. I know have to decide do I hire a person to manage ticket tailor in my workflow.

Memberships are a fairly new feature for us, and we are constantly iterating on our whole platform. We have a whole host of suggestions to get memberships to the great same level as our ticketing and advertising does (which I’m pleased is working for you). Meanwhile, all I can do is apologise that you’re frustrated with our membership offering currently.

Took the stress out of running an event

Ticket tailor took the stress out of running an event. Its easy to set up, has a really simple interface for customers - with tickets added to apple wallet, and the ability for attendees to swap their timeslot. We'll definitely use this again.

I can’t believe how good this website…

I can’t believe how good this website is, how easy it makes event organising, and how helpful and quick the support people are. Am truly grateful as I was a bit daunted by the prospect of arranging my first event, but Ticket Tailor made it really easy.

Be aware a carefulOur non profit was required to provide…

Our non profit was required to provide a proof of entity. We submitted a certificate from information services corporation of saskatchwan canada. The branch of government in charger of certifying corporations. It was refused. To this date, ticket tailor has all our money. I wouldn't ever use or recomme d them again

Any money for tickets bought for your events is sent directly to your Stripe, Square or PayPal account.

Very happy with our experience

So far having a very positive experience. Ticket management is very much simplified and users find it very easy to use and navigate. The variety of options are excellent. We had 2900 registrations for our first free event and have decided to go for a paid event charged through tickettailor.
One room for improvement is that the buyer is not able to cancel their ticket themselves even if it’s a free event which could be significant overhead for the organisers.

Fabulous

Easy and cheap

This was our first time using online ticketing. I searched through various ticketing platforms, some with ridiculous fees, and found TicketTailor, which had the lowest fees.

It was a breeze to use. It was easy to set up, worked like a charm, and everything went smoothly.

When you set it up and then never have to think about it again, you know that's a good system!

This website sells scam events

This website sells scam events, all of calgary got scammed for Banksy Art Show. They have no consumer protection and just wash their hands. Thats why ticketmaster had such grip on the industry because of these scammers. They say call the company not them.

We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with an event you recently had tickets for, however, I'm afraid you've come through to the wrong place.

We are a software provider that allows event organisers to sell tickets directly to their ticket buyers. We don't take or hold any ticket money.

As you bought your tickets from the event organiser directly they are the best people to contact. You can find a contact form at the bottom of the event booking form (where you originally booked the tickets) which will send an email directly to the event organiser. Alternatively you may be able to find contact details on the event organisers website or Facebook page if they have one.

Lowest Cost Ticketing Partner with excellent Customer Service

Excellent ticketing software that handles basic and some more advanced ticketing scenarios at a low cost. This is my go-to because of their low cost flat fee per ticket and excellent customer service.
