Scam!

1. TicketWeb's Credit Card processing is broken (as of 6/8/2024) and TicketMaster refuses to offer any support, TicketWeb merely offers an email address which has not responded to my emails.

2. TicketWeb (TicketMaster) sold my information without my consent, even AFTER I filled out their "Do not sell or share my info" form

This website is a SCAM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Never received a response

There was an event I was expecting to attend on April 26th and unfortunately, for me, my cousin was assaulted days before the event and I reached out in hopes of cancelling my tickets and receiving a refund to go out of town to tend to my family member. I had bought many tickets before in the past and enjoyed using TicketWeb but they have shown that they clearly don't care about their customers and they will not get back to you about your concerns; even in an emergency. Be aware.

Protecting scammers

I purchased tickets for an event that turned out to be fraudulent, because the name of the event and poster were stolen from an unaffiliated company. Ticketweb's "no refund" policy also protects scammers.

Card declined multiple times for no reason. Support is useless and acted like I was bothering them for asking them to do their job and help answer my questions.

As much as I loathe all of these rip-off ticket sites, I’d rather waste $20 for “fees” than deal with breathtaking incompetence and a sketchy user experience.

Venues, please ditch this worthless service.

No refund for cancelled show

Bought a ticket to a show, the show was “postponed”. That was 2 months ago, so I emailed their support center and was informed that I cannot receive a refund since the show is still “postponed”.

Check with the venue first.

Save yourself a headache and try to purchase at the venue box office if you can. Help is non-existent, when you attempt to email, it causes a security warning because ticketweb's certificates have not been updated. Their website absolutely sucks and doesn't appear to have any regular maintenance.

Horrible system with horrible customer…

Horrible system with horrible customer service.

I tried getting tickets for a show and the venue only accepts this website for reservations.

My card was declined by their website. Initially, I thought maybe I made a mistake or had insufficient funds. I reviewed my account and apparently, it was only their website that declined my purchase, I was actually charged on my account. I tried several other times with the same card and other cards including a debit card.

Again and again the same message declined. On my back account I was charged then reimbursed.

No phone number for assistance, only way to reach out to them is by email. I received a very inaccurate response stating that my account country was different from my billing information.

Misleading and a rip off

Misleading and a rip off.
The website for the band states that the Meet and Greet Package includes a GA ticket to the event. If you look at other websites the $100 fee includes the ticket and the full package. TicketWeb wants to make you purchase a GA ticket to be able to add the M&G package. They told me the reason it's advertised as the M&G ticket includes the GA ticket is due to you having to purchase the GA ticket before you're allowed to get the package. No other website is doing this to their customers, only TicketWeb. Deceitful marketing.

Total SCAM

Went to an event to find my will call tix was non-existent. Yup - total scam. How do these things continue to happen? I'm so hating the way our world has forced us to use this way of getting things done then it turns on us. This is a perfect example. The place acted like it was no big deal too - happens alot because of people that use their talents to do such things - such a shame.

I ordered my tickets about two weeks ago and they keep telling me that there is a hold on my tickets a week prior to the concert. Well, it is a week prior to my concert and now they are telling me that there is a hold on my tickets three days before the concert and after seeing all the reviews I’m really scared that they screwed me over.

Worst customer service

I purchased tickets through TicketWeb but was never sent the tickets. I called but received no answer so ended up emailing back and forth several times. They say that they have no record of the purchase so I sent them a screenshot of my credit card statement. Then they said all sales are final. So they said there’s no record of a sale, yet they charged my card, never sent me the tickets, and will not refund my money. Horrible customer service. There’s no option for zero stars otherwise that’s what I would give them. Scam artist company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I bought VIP tickets and had to reach out to them to even receive tickets. I showed up to the venue (per times on ticket), missed our meet and greet because they never sent anything stating a different time. When I emailed the company, they said a separate email was sent and information was on the website. This information was NOT on the site nor did they send me an email. When they tried to say that the emails were delivered, it was specifically for my tickets, not VIP information. My group was only 1 out of 20 plus people that missed the meet and greet because of this company. Please do NOT use this company, they do not take ownership whatsoever.
