If I could give them a negative score I would. Please do not use them… buy from the venue directly or Ticketmaster or somewhere trustworthy.
I paid $295 for tickets from TickPick. Everything in the app indicates that everything was fine… said I have 5 tickets for the time and date of the event I went to attend. Money was deducted from my bank account.
I get to the venue and try scanning the tickets for entry (as the app STILL says I have the tickets and gives a confirmation number) but they do not work. Apparently TickPick emailed me the night before the event saying the tickets I bought were no longer available and I had to confirm for new tickets…. Didn’t realize that because the app said everything was fine…..
Thankfully the venue still had tickets available to buy and I was able to buy new tickets there (AND THE TICKETS WERE WAY BETTER AND CHEAPER THAN THE ONES I BOUGHT THRU TICKPICK)
0/10 stars. Would never ever use TickPick again and would never ever recommend.

TickPick operates as a secondary marketplace, meaning tickets are listed and fulfilled by independent sellers. When a seller can no longer provide the original tickets, our policy requires that buyers confirm any replacement offers. This ensures customers have control over their seating, and we only automatically substitute tickets in the rare case that an upgraded row is provided. Replacement tickets are offered at no additional cost.
In this case, our team reached out on March 17th, four days prior to the event, with a replacement offer after the seller reported an issue with the original tickets. We did not receive a response until the day of the event, which unfortunately prevented us from processing the replacement in time.
While the app reflects the original order details, any changes requiring action are communicated directly via email. A full refund and additional credit were still issued as a courtesy.
We encourage customers to review correspondence from our team promptly to ensure replacement offers are confirmed. TickPick remains committed to providing a reliable platform and honoring our policies for all buyers.

Accidentally ordered from the wrong…
Accidentally ordered from the wrong venue for a play. No option to cancel order even when I tried immediately after placing the order. Not happy. Lost a customer today.
Update: Received a reply from David in Tick Pick support and will receive a credit for my error. Appreciate the goodwill and will, more than likely, use the credit this weekend to catch a White Sox game (Don’t judge me. 😂). Good customer service trumps all. Thank you!
