Good yields, strong purpose, quick customer service.

Stick to your banks regualar saving isas as even on the safe investment option you will not earn any profit only a loss plus they charge a monthly fee to use and they take over 12 days to withdraw your money as it is not held safely by them.

Easy to use app but terrible returns. I’ve now stopped putting any more in and once it’s recovered some of the funds will withdraw it all.
Not worth it… regardless of them jumping on the eco bandwagon an investment should make a return (yes we expect up and down times) but frankly this is poor investment choices from what I see

Understand investing is always a risk, but my portfolio keeps loosing day after day. Withdraw as soon as you can. I do NOT RECOMMEND.

Markets go up and down but it's amazing to track what's happening day-by-day as well as longer term. Instant access also makes green investing available when you have limited savings, and I have had no issues putting in and taking out money at any point. The control you have over where you're investing, and how exposed you are in terms of bonds v stocks etc, is impressive, too. If you want a long term pot of money that makes a difference to the world, I highly recommend Tickr.

I have several other investment accounts already and I wanted to have an additional iron in the fire. I only started investing a couple of weeks ago, but what I do like, is that you can make small one off payments, as well as regular monthly payments. I also like that there's a weekly round up of money also going into my account, to help increase the overall amount

Edit: A technical error incorrectly displayed my balance as zero after a few days. The Flickr team investigated and corrected the error. It looks like a viable and ethical platform for long term ISA saving.

Wish I had read these reviews before committing. There are more bad ones than I would have accepted, and the "glowing " ones look like fake reviews. I accept risk of investing, but if you set up with a small amount be prepared to loose it literally within a few days, and with no clear insight as to how. This is not a platform for saving small amounts at a time, go get a pension or even 0.1% interest savings account- you'll die happier!

I have both an ISA and a junior ISA with tickr. I've had my ISA over a year. I also use the carbon offsetting feature. The app is easy to use and constantly improving. I save far more than I ever used to as its really simple to do and easy to see what's happening with your money.

It was pretty easy to set up both accounts, transferring in both from other providers. There were a few problems with the JISA transfer which meant it took a while longer, but these were beyond tickr's control. The customer service staff were great at keeping me informed and helping me to resolve the issues with the previous provider. It's also straightforward to make changes such as risk levels, regular payment amounts or the type of company you are looking to invest in.

I really do believe the company wants you to understand your money. I've learned loads from the articles and podcasts, and the staff have always answered my questions quickly and graciously.

I mainly chose tickr because of their ethics and the concept of impact investments. I would have put up with a few issues as a pay off for being able to invest in this type of product but there really haven't been any.

They can be a little bit slow to roll out new products or updates but I think that might be due to rapid pace at which the company seems to be expanding. Not everything can happen at once. There is an online forum where plans are sometimes discussed, but it's not very active.

Some might find the updates about climate/finance news a bit spammy but they are useful if you're a beginner and you can turn off the notifications in the app.

The idea is great however i must of joined at a peak as it’s very slow moving and lost money in the end. Also when you wish to withdraw at a certain amount it takes a week with you having to send bank statements. By the time this is all done I’d lost 10% of my account and my withdrawal request amount had changed with out even consulting me. Had I known my balance dropped that much I would have left it in longer till i clawed some money back. Waste of time and money

A fantastic way to both make good profits on investment and support morally commendable companies.
I have been using tickr for 10 months now and am thoroughly impressed. I had been investing with another investment app for a year or so, but had become concerned with the lack of clarity over how and where my money was actually being used, so I did my research and found tickr.
I have made good profits and feel much less guilt using tickr. I have also listened to their podcast series and found them encouraging and level-headed.

27% annual yield. Tell me a savings account which beats that and allows me to off set my CO2. Despite a turbulent financial year they have remained consistent. I will certainly be looking to trust them with a higher monthly top up.

Tickr is a fantastic investment platform, with only ethical investments available, which really simplifies investment into a tax free ISA. I am really impressed with the quality of the investments offered, together with the realistically low fees charged. Save the planet whilst making money. Brilliant.

Avoid at all costs, horrible customer service, they send too many notifications like crazy , and almost like a spam.

Their responses are rude , and there are way better products in the market than this one

Really happy with this app so far. I've made a bit of money on impact investments, which is great. You can top-up monthly, which I've setup to come out on payday so I barely notice the money going. Every now and then I can check on performance in the app, and it's nice to see a growing pot of money. I chose the climate action portfolio, so I know my money is going to companies that are helping solve the climate crisis.

I have been with tickr for over 6 months now, and have really enjoyed using. Setting up the account for super quick and easy. I was able to get started within a few mins and my money was invested within a few days. The company is very transparent with how they charge their fees. I love the round-up feature, which allows me to invest passively, without having to think.

Love the interface, generous referral program. A great way to learn about and experience impact investing first-hand. User Interface is nice and clean too, showing an overview of your portfolio and performance.

Round-up feature is nice. You can connect your bank card and every time you make a transaction, the round-up to the nearest pound will be invested automatically.

Had good experience with the chat feature too. They'll get back to you in a timely manner (faster than their estimated reply time) with a detailed response. Would recommend.
