Bad business practices....avoid at all cost! trust me...this is my honest review. To give further information - I've always traded micros, equaling minis - on plus accounts as well when volitility spikes. I've had no problems doing that in the past. I've even gotten paid out. Then all of sudden when im close to payout, they deactivate the account. Super shady move in my mind. Also, if they wanted to make one micro to equal a mini, they simply should auto limit that in there system, as it is very easy to break that rule and then deny you. Clearly it's bad business practice because they are trying to find way to catch people (like me), and deactivate there account. They could have done the RIGHT thing which was to warn me and let me slide. But they gave me one single warning...and deactivated. Ce le Ve.

I want to share my honest experience with TickTickTrader to both the company and anyone considering choosing a prop firm they can trust.
I was a successful trader with TickTickTrader for almost a year. I traded consistently, received payouts every month without any issues, and even built more than 10% of additional profit on my account. I genuinely considered TickTickTrader the best prop firm out there—that’s how satisfied I was.
However, everything changed the moment the Live Account team decided to move me to a “real account.” I received a notification saying I was being transitioned to a real phase. Naturally, I was excited. I thought they saw value in my trading and wanted to continue a mutually profitable partnership.
But here’s what actually happened:
First, the transition took nearly a month. And how did it start? They simply blocked all of my trading accounts—the ones I had actively traded on and the ones that had been generating payouts. I received an email saying I was being moved to a real-phase account, so I assumed it would take a few days.
A week passed. Two weeks. I contacted support, and they told me they still did not have a plan for my transition, but they would “get back to me soon.”
A month passed. Same response: “Wait for our email, we’ll gladly update you.”
1.5 months passed. Same thing.
After 2 to 2.5 months, I reached out again—and this time, nobody replied at all. Complete silence. All my messages are now ignored.
Why? My only conclusion is this: TickTickTrader values traders only when they’re buying new accounts, not when they maintain one profitable account for a year and continue receiving payouts.
Yes, they always paid my withdrawals—no complaints there. But now, when it’s time to move me to the real phase (which they themselves initiated), they stopped responding and left my accounts blocked. And if they don’t want to move me to a real account, why not simply let me continue trading on the accounts I successfully managed for an entire year?
At this point, I just want transparency and fairness. I hope TickTickTrader will honor their own promises and either complete the transition to the real phase, allow me to trade again, or compensate me—considering I have over $10,000 in accumulated profit on my account.
I’m sharing this experience in hopes that it will influence other traders’ decisions and also encourage TickTickTrader to treat their long-term, profitable traders with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

It's been 5 days, still no response.
I wonder how you planned to check my account without knowing my email address?

!Since november 20th i requested a payout and still pending, its frustrating having given the confidence to a prop firm and no answers just to submit more tickets, seems fraudelent behavior and scam like responses like fast track trading. Hope im wrong Cause i did my part and followed the rules. Its december 2nd and will be looking forward to updating this review in the upcoming days.
Its december 03 and got told to wait longer

Fast Payouts ,clear rules ,nice prices, here you will find the account that fits to you :)
Worst prop firm hands down. From retroactive rule changes to payout denials. These guys are one the shadiest props out there. Stay far far away.

Payout should processing in 5 business day. After 5 day my request still pending and now need to raise ticket. Very bad.
My point here is, you already take up to 5 days for processing then after 5 day still pending and not delivered. 🤦🏻♀️
-Update 2nd December-
After 24 hours still pending

it has only been 7 business days and a payout hasn't been issued for me. Delayed payouts have been more common in TTT more and more. A lot of complaints in Discord and here about it.

Prop firm with serious payout and communication issues.
Use caution and understand the risks before purchasing.
Don’t rely solely on positive reviews. Based on my experience, payout processing and communication can be problematic.
TickTickTrader sells some of the most expensive accounts, but in my case did not process legitimately earned payouts within the stated timeframe. Instead, the process was delayed with vague responses and no clear explanation or timeframe.
I purchased 7 accounts. I reached payout eligibility and submitted a payout request on November 19. There was no payout, no clear update, and no approval or denial for an extended period. When I inquired, I received only generic responses and assurances without specifics. This felt unprofessional and unethical from a customer-service standpoint.
It appeared to me like a bait-and-switch type situation — the expectation is payout upon eligibility, but when payout is reached, the process stalls indefinitely.
If you decide to purchase, I strongly recommend using a payment method that offers consumer protection.
UPDATE Nov 30:
More than 24 hours past a promised internal timeframe, still no update or resolution. Responses remained templated (“rest assured…”) with no concrete action.
UPDATE Dec. 1:
TickTickTrader issued a refund of approximately $800 for one account without my request or authorization, instead of processing a payout on an account that had accumulated over $20,000 in profits. That same account was closed while showing a balance of approximately $28,000 in profits. The refund applied to only 1 of the 7 accounts I purchased.
UPDATE Dec. 3:
After sharing my experience publicly on Trustpilot, TickTickTrader stated that my review constituted “threatening conduct” and used this as justification to deny payout and cancel the account with almost $28000 profits.
Sharing an honest consumer experience should not be grounds to deny a payout that was already requested and pending. Denying payouts based on public criticism raises serious ethical concerns about the prop firm.

I've got 10 S2F+ projectX accounts with tickticktrader and on November 8,2025 my profit score reached 10. At that point balance of all those 10 accounts were above 54k.Hence I requested a payout (max allowed for 1st withdrawal) of $1200 from those, out of which $600 would have actually hit my bank account, making the total payout amount $6000. However since then neither I am allowed to trade (ProjectX showing trading paused) nor my payout got approved. I probably have exchanged 15 emails with their customer care since then and the reply is always "We've forwarded your payout concern to our technical team for their review. They are currently handling a high volume of requests, so we anticipate a slight delay in their response. We kindly ask for your patience, and you can expect to hear back from us within 24 to 48 hours." Although that 24-48 hrs waiting doesn't change anything. I've so far got multiple payouts from multiple propfarm but have never seen such fraudulent behavior from anyone of those. If anyone is interested I can share the proof of my payout requests.

11/28 : Well it's very convenient for you to claim that the account was blown on 10/24 yet I traded it for another 10 more days to get 7 more $250+ days with a hope to get payout. Not sure how your company is efficient if it allows to do so. I think you should actually pay me back the account fees + payout amount for making me take so much pain of trading and waiting for so long after the payout request.

I confirm that I received the payment from the company without any issues. A reliable and honest company, I highly recommend it.
The payment process was smooth and just as advised by customer support. I was pleasantly surprised definitely surprised by Tick Tick Trader's efficiency, especially considering that the account in question had been given to me free of charge in a promotion.
I was very satisfied with the feedback and understanding of the agent and other personnel involved.
The costumers service is awesome. To me is the real value that has TTT.
Be careful
I've already had to write a couple reviews here, but I am reposting so people see it.
This company refused to provide me my funds to a live account after I qualified. Then I wrote a negative review calling them out. Before I wrote the review, I asked them specifically if I was allowed to post it, and they said yes. They subsequently banned me from the service, blocked my number and email, and locked me out of my dashboard. Even now, when I try to email their support it does not go through.
I am currently pursuing legal action, and they are obviously not cooperating, refusing to provide copies of the contracts we signed.
Shady...

Perfect client attention.
Payout received in 3 days.
Serious propfirm
Neat and least restricted rules. Prompt payouts. Push to live that is again pretty neat and clean. The only pain is the huge delay in going live(took 3 months for me).
Daily and multiple payouts on live and unrestricted. They were the first to introduce many features and kudos to them. Everyone should try.
This prop firm looks okay, but the platform constantly freezes.I have had three payouts from them, but I have lost four accounts to the platform issues.Four times on four different accounts, I had a trade on when the platform crashed, hitting my max loss. I only found out about the breaches when they happened, all those 4 times. This is not a coincidence, nor was my account breached intentionally. I have purchased about 10 accounts, but on this last account, I lost $4,000 on a single trade when the platform froze on me, and I couldn't make it work. I have decided not to purchase again, as this is too much, and I don't trust the trading conditions now
