Not promotions for inactive or old traders who doesn't have a purchase history within 1 year or more

Welcome promotion in S2F+ NDLL is a good start for new traders who have never purchase or gotten any user, account or email address with Tick Tick Trader, however, I see this is really inconvinient! cause inactive traders who left your prop firm for a while we are excluded taking advantage from this promotion and the current promotions you have are only for active traders and the new ones. Support trhough discord (Kuriboh agent) told me that I should hold back cause it is prohibited to try to get a new account, user with a different email, I understand that however they do not understand that if an account is inactive for more than one year that shouldn't be considered like someone that is actively purchasing accounts and this is the main reason traders like me, with a year or more of inactivity, we are being excluded when in my mind we should have a promotion like"Welcome back" considering the inactive traders who has the option to come back to the company. I am not a naive trader my best record was when I got the old programs $10k direct accounts I was able to make more than $4,500 in about 6 withdrawls, after you removed these accounts or changed your direct programs I decided to left the company cause in that moment I did not agree with the new accounts. now due to IG advertising I got engaged with the new programs for direct accounts, however, I am being excluded from the Welcome promotion, so in a near future I hope you can put this into consideration, cause you always have 3 kind of traders; newbie or new one, active and inactive traders and that's it.

I am not chaging my review cause Skrill additional discount is not available for my country, so I can only up to 50% of discount. Only Ximo Ferry can make me change of mind if he calls me and offers something better.

5 Payouts & Live Trader Experience

Never had a payout get denied. First one took 5 business days, but then the next 4 I got within 2-3. Then I got moved to live. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars was because how long it took to get moved over. Today was day 98 but I'm pleased to share that I do in fact have a live account with TTT ! That whole experience could have been a little smoother and better communication but nonetheless here we are. Excited to start earning myself and TTT some money !

Great Firm!

Ticktick trader is amazing and the the s2f+ accounts are an amazing way to get to become a live trader quickly while still taking payouts along the way! Payouts are fast as well! Also Kuriboh in the discord is awesome with customer service and always very helpful!

Not enough communication

I got paid, but it took 8 business days for the payout. They tell you can get six payouts, and you assume that means you can get six payouts per account, but its actually six payouts TOTAL. So if you blow through 20 accounts and get paid six times, you are done and won't be allowed to trade anymore. My account has been frozen for three weeks with no update on where I am on the audit review for live. In the mean time, they will not let me trade.

Anytime you Choose a prop firm you…

Anytime you Choose a prop firm you always enter with skepticism. Once I got my first payout I felt like ok. The next gave me confidence in the company. Now we graduated to the Live phase. Now it truly feels like a partnership. Good communication. Lightning fast payouts. This is what its supposed to be about. Fair rules. Highly recommend.

I spent 40+ minutes to simply get an…

I spent 40+ minutes, no dice with
4 different cards, got authentication and all but still didnt work. Yet cards in my name, i use it all the time.

Wasted almost an hour of my time.

I sent errors and screenshot to support chat. they couldnt help either.

This is a bit concerning, they are forcing people towards skril an crypto..

Even after this adjustment, the address verification failure persisted. We want to reiterate that this issue is not an error on our platform but is an address mismatch detected by our payment processor. This means there is a discrepancy between the address you are providing and the information associated with your card. To help us investigate this matter on your behalf, we requested a video recording of the entire checkout process. We still have not received that recording. We cannot resolve this issue without the video you have.

First day live payout more than 2k.

First day live. Got paid same day. Requested after trading this morning and got paid at the market close.
Just awesome professionalism and support.
Paid well when I was in direct sim. Now live payment is even better. They said 2 days payout for live. Mine was less than 12 hours. Funny think is that the money was in my account today after it left Rise. Made money in the morning and got it in my account the same day. Excellent work Tick Tick.

New S2F+ has soft breach now....Great but Daily Loss Limit is a hard breach - needs changed to be competitive with other firms in the space. Very few do this.

Update Aug 17 2025 now 5 stars
After leaving the 3 star review below about the hard breach TickTick came back and gave me their new S2F+ 50k account for a discount of $99 vs normal $440 then by paying with USDT I got another 10% off so it was like ~$60. The first payout requires 10 trading days of at least $250 then subsequent payouts require 7 days of at least $250 which I view as very doable. The 50k has a $2k drawdown and right now they are running a promo if one uses code PLUS55 to get 55% off and No daily loss limit...even without the promo the daily loss limit when intact is a soft breach the way they all should be. I never had an issue with the daily loss limit it's a good thing to keep one from blowing accts and forcing you to step away during a bad streak and cool off. I only had issue with it blowing the account when there was still total drawdown left as I think that is predatory. I'm glad they have the new SF+ plan to rectify this. They have a great payout reputation etc so I am back to a happy customer and revising to 5 stars.

I like TickTick. The ability to pass a futures challenge in one day is nice. One thing that will have to change for me to go back is employing a soft break on daily drawdown. Their straight to funded offering has this but the legacy challenge program breaches your account. Given one will pay an activation fee if they pass, and very few competitors breach an account for hitting the daily loss limit I think TT needs to revise it to be competitive. Hitting a daily loss limit should only pause the account until the next trading day starts

KYC sucks because I was using my ID and…

KYC sucks because I was using my ID and bank statements all valid but it never accept, I have used same documents to do KYC in my brokerage account and other firms as well but never face any issue. customer support is ghost I was trying whole day to get customer support response but no one is there. Opened a ticket but don’t know when they are going to response.

I purchased a $10,000 Swing Direct…

I purchased a $10,000 Swing Direct account from TickTickTrader over a year ago, because they advertised it as allowing swing trading and overnight holding. That specific feature is why I chose that account type.

But after using it, I quickly realized the account didn’t actually support true swing trading. When the market closed and reopened, my position would reset or change entry price — which is not how a real futures position behaves. This made it impossible to hold trades properly overnight.

I requested a refund, not to take advantage of the system, but because the product wasn’t what was promised. The refund was processed, and they later removed the Swing Direct account entirely from their site, which tells me the issue wasn’t unique to me.

Now, over a year later, I reached out respectfully asking if I could return to the platform. I was polite, transparent, and upfront. But instead of treating it case-by-case, they told me I’m permanently banned — simply for requesting a refund in the past.

I never cheated, never violated trading rules, and never misused an evaluation. I just expected to receive what I paid for. I was willing to move forward in good faith, but they made it clear that one refund — even a valid one — means lifetime ban.

TickTickTrader is not trader-friendly. Their priority seems to be avoiding chargebacks and protecting their payment gateway reputation, not working with real traders. If you ever have a problem or request a refund, they’ll cut you off completely with no discussion or chance to return.

I’ve since moved on to other prop firms like Bulenox and Take Profit Trader, where support is fair, transparent, and responsive. The difference is huge. I would not recommend TickTickTrader to any serious trader looking for long-term partnership or support.

From Evaluation to Live Account

I’ve been trading with TickTickTrader for several years now, and my overall experience has been very positive. I initially joined through one of their trading competitions, which offered a great opportunity to test my skills in a real-market environment without risking personal capital. The competition itself was well-organized, and it gave me a clear idea of TickTickTrader’s rules, risk parameters, and execution quality.

After the competition, I decided to move forward with their funded account program. I started with the Evaluation phase, which was straightforward and fair. The profit targets and drawdown limits were clearly defined, and I appreciated that there were no time limits, which allowed me to trade patiently and with discipline.

Once I passed the Evaluation, I advanced to the Express Account and eventually to a Live Account. The transition between each stage was smooth, and communication from the TickTickTrader team was consistent and professional. Payouts were processed reliably, and the trading conditions remained solid throughout—low latency, fast execution, and no hidden restrictions.

What stands out to me about TickTickTrader is their transparency and trader-focused approach. Unlike some other prop firms, they really seem to understand what traders need to succeed and provide a platform that supports long-term growth rather than short-term pressure.

After a thorough review, we found violations of our trading rules, specifically, hedging activities across your accounts, DIRE-S250ZN-446569 and DIRE-S250ZN-444560, which is strictly prohibited under our terms and conditions. While your payout request on DIRE-S250ZN-446569 account was rejected due to this violation, your account TTTD443598, which had no such issues, was approved and successfully paid out. This demonstrates our commitment to fairness and due process in evaluating each case individually.

We also want to clarify that you acknowledged in your communications with our team that the trades in question were completely accidental and purely a mistake from your end. You mentioned this may have occurred due to the buy and sell buttons being millimeters apart or because of an old open order that was not canceled. Additionally, you pointed out that the accidental inverse trades were very quick and not held for even a fraction of the time compared to your actual positions. While we understand that errors can happen, any trading behavior that falls under prohibited activity must be addressed in accordance with our policies.

Additionally, your access to our Discord server was revoked following multiple warnings and time-outs for spreading false and misleading claims, including publicly stating that our Live program was fake. These claims were not only inaccurate, given that we have verified and active Live traders, but also disruptive to the community.
