Very good communication and quick turn around. I was informed all the time of the status of my watch, and it was fixed as expected.
Highly recommended.

Great customer service and very prompt. The watch was inspected, serviced and returned to me well within the stated estimated duration. Tic Toc Man did a great job on the watch, fully serviced Valjoux Chronograph movement. It was in a bit of a mess and needed quite allot of work. Now working perfectly and looks amazing, thank you. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and very reasonably priced seamless service

I have been happy with the communications and efficiency of the service from Tic Toc. I have not received my watch back in the post, but I know it has been sent special delivery. I trust that the repair is satisfactory.

Getting a watch serviced is a fairly infrequent task so you want it done right. I have used Tictocman a couple of times now for two different watches and I continue to be very satisfied with the work done and the overall experience. They are very friendly and helpful to deal with and most importantly provide a good service. I would highly recommend using them and I will continue to use them in the future.

This company is an absolute and total SCAM organisation! I sent them a watch to regulate and they took two weeks before even getting back to me, then charged me £72. Did they do anything? No. Not a thing. The watch was completely untouched - still running 15 seconds fast a day. I could see even see at the back that the regulation screw was in the same position as it was when I sent the watch down to them. A total scam! They do nothing and charge you for it.

I sent a badly scratched Seiko Premiere to this company for a refurbishment and polish. I was flabbergasted by the condition of the watch when it was returned. It was beautifully wrapped and looked absolutely brand new. If I could post a picture with this review to show just how good a job they did, I would. In a word Amazing!

Quoted £200 less than breitling but increased by £200 more than Breitling for service once got my watch
