Claim to service the Swaffham area on their web site, when I contacted them for a quote they stated that they did not cover my area. What a waste of time.

They go above and beyond. I am housebound and have been since I had double pneumonia. Mark comes in moves my disability scooter out of the way so he can clean my windows in the back. Then he puts my disability scooter back and makes sure I am all locked up. I really appreciate this company's valuable service the windows are always sparkling . They are very affordable at £16.00 a month. Very very pleased customer.

Kevin is efficient, lets me know by text 24 hours beforehand. My windows always look sparkling clean, after he’s cleaned them. Kevin noticed that my gutters need cleaning too, so when he visits next month he will also clean the gutters. Excellent service!

what a difference this made, been ill and unable to do the windows for a v long time. Struggled getting a window cleaner. Had them cleaned its amazing the result, can genuingly recommend the job. Thank you

Not a single complaint ever with Simon. Recently had my gutters cleaned in addition to my regular windows and he was really clear with communication, did a great job, and even changed his time to suit me, so he could arrive and be gone before I had to leave. I’ve been with other cleaning services who wouldn’t or couldn’t give notice of arrival so we didn’t know to leave our garden accessible so they couldn’t gain access, or would say they had been when they clearly hadn’t. With Simon, never had that issue, always arrives when he promises to, and leaves windows sparkling. Couldn’t recommend Simon and Tidal Services more!

Have used them for abt 18 mo ths. They are efficient and have great customer care. One clean wasn't great... messaged and explained and they came back and redid it. No issues at all.
