Tidal Jets delivered one of the smoothest, most professional private aviation experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I submitted my initial request, the team was attentive, transparent, and incredibly detail-oriented. Super intelligent, transparent, and patient!

This was our first time flying private. We were quoted astronomical numbers until we got in touch with Tidal Jets. Some companies charged us almost double for a smaller plane! They not only got us a bigger, nicer, and more comfortable jet.. they got our transportation to and from it! Will definitely use again.

I was contracted as a social media manager for Tidal Jets, Inc. and initially excited to work with the brand. Unfortunately, what followed was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I was repeatedly promised timely payments, resources, and support — including a raise that was never honored — but instead encountered consistent delays, lack of communication, and ultimately, non-payment for months of completed work.

Despite multiple follow-ups and efforts to resolve things professionally, I was left without over $3,000 in wages. Even worse, when I asked for the payment I was owed, I was met with intimidation tactics, legal threats, and emotionally distressing messages from the founder Ethan Lansing Levy. It caused serious harm to my mental health and well-being that almost caused me my life. This founder is also an EMS which is just crazy.

Tidal Jets may present a luxurious brand image online, but behind the scenes, I was treated unfairly and without basic professional respect. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions before working with or supporting this company.

Almost all of the "reviews" for this company were written after their business license expired in May of 2024. The owner of this company lacks any straightforward communication while consistently skirting around actually setting dates or expectations for my flight. This company seems sketchy and I will no longer be trying to engage their services.

The company is inactive in Virginia, where its license was filed, due to failure to meet state requirements such as annual filings or fee payments. Its sole owner and employee appears to make questionable personal decisions that compromise legal compliance and operational capacity. Such practices align with common scams in the private aviation industry, where fraudulent operators exploit clients through deceptive means like unauthorized charters or stolen credentials. Prospective clients should exercise caution and verify legitimacy before engagement.

TidalJets Inc. is nothing but a scam! They lure people in with false employment advertisements, promising great job opportunities that turn out to be completely fake. Once they collect your personal information during the "application process," they either vanish or use it for shady purposes. Their website is also a serious threat—it’s likely designed to steal sensitive data from unsuspecting visitors. This company is a danger to both job seekers and consumers, targeting individuals with deceptive offers and potentially misusing their data. Their customer service is non-existent, and they make it impossible to resolve any issues. Avoid TidalJets Inc. and their website at all costs to protect yourself and your information!

The company is responsive to my questions and seems to be going through a rebranding effort. I could not give 5 stars because the website is not loading for me and don't seem very active on X social media.

I absolutely LOVED the experience Ethan provided from the moment he took on our trip. We had a difficult last minute request that I was freaking out about. Ethan approached the situation so calmly, made me feel extremely comfortable, and took all of an hour to find us an aircraft, the time slot, the budget, and all of the catering. Not only that, they provided ground transportation for us!

10/10 recommend.

I am leaving this review anonymously as I do not wish to get involved further than to warn others about working with this company. I had a friend get hired, with a signed contract, to work for this company for a one week trial doing admin tasks before coming on board full time. She was so upset with this experience that she did not feel she was able to write this herself. She sat in on meetings, did calendar scheduling, etc. When it came time to pay her, the CEO Ethan disappeared. Didn't answer any emails, calls, or texts. He was to pay her regardless of if they moved forward or not. After she repeatedly reached out for several weeks, he finally emerged with very bizarre excuses and behavior such as "he sleeps a lot during the day," and "his phone broke." I own my own business and I have never seen anything like this. He then told her he was sending her check via UPS but refused to send any type of tracking information. He never answered her again and of course the check never arrived. He got her on board for this trial week by showering her with a great deal of misinformation. He told her she would be jetting around the world with him on more than 50 flights a year, that she would be making well over 100k a year as a personal assistant (which then dwindled down to 80k mysteriously in the contract), and spoke very boastfully about this lavish life she would be a part of. I hope this review reaches anyone that is considering working for Tidal Jets or putting faith in their company. I am unsure what the scam is to be honest but if I had to guess, Ethan preys on people with the illusion of a very luxurious lifestyle to get them to work for free for a while, and I also think he looks for these people that he swindles to invest, as he did state to her early on that she could receive stock in the company. Please beware. I wish we were able to find a review like this when we dug in to the company before she signed up. If you see red flags, make sure to pay attention.
