Tidal vape bournemouth and Boscombe…

Tidal vape bournemouth and Boscombe branches are now the only places I shop for vape stuff and that's down to customer service alone, I could buy my stuff elsewhere but I never get the conversation and warm welcome from other places, would 100% recommend tidal vape

Really not impressed by Tidal Vape in…

Really not impressed by Tidal Vape in Hythe, Southampton.
First visit, the girl offered me a deal , I politely declined and she said ‘boo’. I thought that was really bizarre as someone who has previously worked in retail.
Second visit, I asked for 5 juices. He then proceeds to ask if I want the whole box, I declined. He then scans the whole box and says ‘if you get the box you’ll get five free.’ I then declined again and fully disregarded what I said. I appreciate this people earn commission with these things and I believe they have a scoreboard for sales per store? But i fully avoid tidal for how badly they ‘push’ people for sales.

Went into tidal vapes Weymouth today…

Went into tidal vapes Weymouth today and got served by Alex, amazing service, understood my likes and preferences and found a vape to fit my needs. I usually use Evapo, but after recent experiences with buying a vape and it not working I will be using tidal more often. Decent prices too for the products you are receiving. 100% recommend

Great service

Excellent service from these guys today. Ordered a replacement mod which I’ve been looking for, for ages.
Ordered on the weekend and it turned up on the Tuesday. They even added a few little extras in the package. Really top service, will certainly use again.

Great selection and advice

Went into the Totton store today to purchase some liquids and pods , the store is clean , well organised and the staff are very friendly . They always offer great advice regarding best brands , flavours pods etc and always have a great attitude . The selection is very broad with the perfect range for everyone and Taylor did a great job at helping me to pick out the best liquids for my device .

Tidal Portsmouth

Tidal Vape Portsmouth very helpful staff, had to take back some pods and got a replacement straight away. The guy who works there is great, has a brilliant sense of humour.

Equal opportunity - A lie

Boss will speak to candidates individually and patronise them. Questions are simply punch downs with no relation to the vacancy. You will be told that you will recieve a response, but if unsuccessful, they will not contact you as their is no benefit to them and their time is dubbed more important than you own. There is no give and take and no fair processing. Discriminatory interview with results depending on how you look entirely. Would not reccomend. Owner should host one to one interviews in person in order to stop treating people as if they are beneath him. Never been smacked in the mouth and it shows. This review will be deleted as with everything else true about this business. Especially as my opinion is a reflection of working here then re applying and being met with hate. I'm not sure which was worse. No sense of belonging or purpose. No help to achieve goals, you are just a number.

New to vaping

I was intending on visiting the shop anyway, after a word of mouth recommendation. I was greeted by Ellie who was very friendly and chatty. She assisted me with my request being new to vaping. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will defo recommend to friends & I will be returning. Thank you

Had an issue with DPD leaving my parcel in an unsafe place. But when contacting the Tidal Vape team, Laurence was amazing and provided me with amazing customer service and a rapid resolution! THANK YOU LAURENCE 😊

I'm writing a second review as I believe I've spelt the stores assistance name incorrectly.
Carla , The portsmouth Commercial road branch TIDAL WAVE. As mentioned in my previous post, I felt that Carla, Is very good at explaining the mods purchased. Answered all questions, passionate and really easy to talk to, very personable, It makes the experience of getting the right equipment alot easier. Also just really lovely personality.

STAFF MAKE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE!

I've only been in 3 times but enough is enough! As soon as you walk in staff don't stop trying to sell you what you don't want even when you tell them "it's ok, I don't need it" they still continue going on! I've had enough 3rd time last time! I felt like crying through frustration I'm not a confrontational person but I was close to loosing it with staff.
