Excellent Service & Very Helpful
Bought a glass hurricane which i had spotted on a coffee table on their website but couldn't find it. Phoned Grace in customer services and she managed to find me one and posted it out straight away. Unfortunately the glass was broken when it arrived. I photographed it, emailed Grace and she had another one delivered along with a coffee table i also bought.
Pleased to say both arrived safely and the delivery men (Matt & Brandon) were great, helping me unwrap the hurricane to make sure it was ok.
Want to say a massive thank you to Grace who was really helpful sorting things out for me. Nice to find someone that will go out of their way to help. Very rare these days.
Definitely will be back as they have a lot of lovely things.

I have recieved the product damaged…
I have reciepeved the product damage so, I am very dissapointed as I expected a higher quality service.
If a product is damage it should not be shipped to a buying customer who has paid full price plus delivery.

Fab Fab Fab
This is the second time I have used this company. I had an issue with my second order, however Grace in customer services went above and beyond to rectify this, it is so rare these days to receive such fab customer service. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I would not hesitate to use them again,

Please be WARNED do not buy from this TIDESthey really don’t care about the customer they sold me a multiple bulbed light which was blowing bulbs on one light fitting after a few hours use. It is obviously has an electrical problem there response was terrible rude and uncaring they refused a refund and fitting cost remember it is brand new they are ignoring all the consumer rights legislation totally Please be WARNED do not buy of them you get messed about and they don’t care

Can you please check your emails? As n email was sent to you the day of your call to us explaining we would be replacing the light and taking down the faulty one and refitting the new one? Can you please check your email junk, it was sent on the 26th (3 days ago). Can you confirm in your reply you are happy to go ahead with our offer and we can arrange a convenient time with you to go ahead. Cameron Dinning Table & Chairs
We purchase the Cameron rectangle Dinning table and Daisy Grey Dinning chairs, which look amazing. Really happy with my purchase. I cannot praise Grace enough, she was friendly, professional and extremely helpful and provided a great service and design ideas.
Delivery was quick and efficient and the guys put together the dinning table and chairs effortlessly.
I would definitely recommend Tides will be back very soon to purchase more items!

I took a risk and ordered the tables having only seen them online and read the reviews. I took all the measurements and ordered. They were delivered within five days I. Immaculate condition and the delivery company was superb. The tables are beautiful and great quality.
