an amazing experience an definitely recommended

Best cleaning company I have experienced in London.

Had a really good experience, booked in for carpet cleaning my carpet looks brand new & even smells brand new ! My cleaner Stacy came in on time, she was very respectful and did an amazing job will be booking in again !

Terrible customer service, the cleaner didn’t turn up, managed to get through to the customer service on their live chat but they literally ghosted me half way through the conversation. Had the cleaner booked two times with them and both times the cleaner didn’t turn up. First time they managed to replace her, the second time just got ghosted and no one replied to my calls. Will not be using their services ever again.

Amazing customer service and the website was really easy to use. Joyce is a great cleaner and I will definitely be booking again!

On time and quality work. Managed to get a stain out on my carpet that I’ve been trying to remove the past few days in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend.

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt it was the right thing to do! I first heard about Tidiy from my next door neighbour who was in the process of getting his house deep cleaned.

I was a little skeptical about letting someone else other than myself clean my home but i thought I'd give it a try. I called Tidiy and spoke to Carlos who gave me a generous quote and even included a little discount as it was my mothers birthday!

Apart from running 5 minutes late due to traffic, the clean was WELL WORTH the small delay! I was so used to seeing a grey carpet that I even forgot my carpet used to be white ahaha!
