Eine absolute Katastrophe

Eine absolute Katastrophe. Von der langen Lieferzeit, über die Qualität bis zum Service bzgl. Rücksendung und Erstattung.
Mangelhafte Qualität der Ware, billigste chemische Produktion und Verarbeitung.
Keine Hotline, keine Retoure Funktion usw...
Und ab Ende ein unterirdischer Kundenservice, der sich weigert, mir ein Retoure Tix zu schicken und Belanglose, völlig unpassende Antwort schickt...

Nie wieder

Leider kann ich dieses Unternehmen nicht weiter empfehlen. Die Produkte sind qualitativ okay, aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Hauptgrund für meine 1-Stern Bewertung gilt allerdings dem Kundendienst und den schlechten Kundenrechten. Falls ein Produkt zurück geschickt werden möchte, wird erwartet, dies original wie bei euch angekommen zurück zu senden. Dadurch dass das Produkt absolut unvorteilhaft verpackt ist, musste ich ca 8 Euro (von einem 15 Euro Return) selber zahlen. Keinerlei Einsicht des Unternehmens und unfreundlicher Kundenservice. Bestellt lieber woanders und spart euch das Geld!

Im großen und ganzen ok

Leider war es mit dem Service ein langes hin und her bis die Rückerstattung des Geldes akzeptiert wurde. Ich war da doch sehr enttäuscht. Jedoch gebe ich 4 Sterne, weil die Produkte gut sind und letzendlich doch auf Kundenzufriedenheit geguckt wird.
