First time user
The car competition was my first time buying tickets after being recommended this site by a friend. Buying tickets couldn’t be easier. Yes there was a problem with the draw and emails but mistakes when using computers can happen and are beyond peoples control. This won’t put me off returning for other competitions.

I know it was a mistake but to receive an email telling me that I haven't won BEFORE the draw was supposed to take place makes me wonder about veracity and organisation of site.

Received an e-mail stating I hadn’t…
Received an e-mail stating I hadn’t won. Then a second E-Mail saying ignore the first E-Mail as this was a mistake and fbs competition wasn’t to be drawn until 10pm.
Also the website said spend £5 on one draw and I would be automatically entered into another FREE because I’d purchased £5 worth of tickets. This didn’t happen.
It’s nothing to do with the fact of not winning it’s more about the result of the draw been done early and then rescheduled to a different time, the false advert saying be entered into another draw for purchasing £5 worth of tickets.
I personally wont be trusting or supporting this service again.

Thank you for your feedback Chris, you must of been the only 1 out of the 12477 people who didn’t get the reasoning behind the email and late draw, I do apologise for this, with regards to the offer when did you purchase your tickets for the Car competition ( So Chris we’ve just looked into this and unfortunately you purchased your tickets on the 31st July and the offer stopped on the 24th July? Would you have the advert you read regarding the free ticket as I’ll need to look into this, I’m sorry you feel you won’t be trusting our service again or supporting the Cancer charities we are doing this for, I am truly gutted you feel this way.
