Good customer service...lousy logistics
I placed an order on May 26, 2024 and followed my account to see the status where it said my payment had been received. After 2 weeks, nothing, so I called to see what the problem was. Turns out my payment had not been received.
So, I confirmed the payment through AmEx...and waited another week, following the status on the site. No movement, so another phone call - where they confirmed my payment and would begin processing the order right away...
Another week goes by, another phone call "Glitch in the system." By now, 2 of the items I ordered were no longer in stock, so I had to cancel the order and start all over as I wanted to maximize the shipment of $200.
So - back online, made my selections—again, paid, waited a week and all my items made it to their depot to be shipped.
However...when I went to pick up my order at the designated address, the box was not there even though the online status said it had been delivered and ready to pick up.
Turns out, they shipped it to another address, but didn't notify me of the change of delivery address. SMH.
One good thing I can say about TiendaMia - their phone support is very good - but, they need to work out the logistic and technical kinks.
I won't be using their service again...
